I like their stands. However, kids have been able to literally breal the scres that hold the swivel stand together. To replace them, I opted to just order horizontal, non-swivel stands.

Box of accessories was misdelivered and arrived about two weeks late. Plus Plug Charing box instructions don't mention iPad holder, this caused confusion in setting up accessories. You should include a Step 1, Step 2, document. Or mention, add box before Ipad holder.

Not good
Taken multiple attempts so far to get a refund for over 3 weeks. Super frustrating. Contacting their support results in them sending an email to their billing department that goes unanswered.

Delivery and response are terrible!
I've ordered twice from Compulocks and delivery took many months. The second order was from Feb 2024 and I still haven't received anything. They didn't even respond to our email asking for an update. What a crap company.
