Computeam have provided IT support services to Cheetham CE Community Academy for a number of years. They have been invaluable in helping us develop our IT strategy and have helped us implement a number of key changes to our IT infrastructure. Knowing our Academy well, Debbie and the team are extremely professional in providing us with up to date guidance and advice. Its reassuring knowing they are always on hand whenever we need help or support.

The transfer from our current provider to Computeam was handled very well. Communication was clear throughout and both our technicians and Account Manager were easily contactable and fully supportive throughout.

From the start of our relationship they have demonstrated their efficiency and professionalism as well as being flexible to the needs of the school. Any minor teething issues were rectified swiftly with a support technician on site to assist.

Our weekly visits along with remote assistance provides excellent quality support for all our ICT needs. The strength of the remote assistance has been highlighted during the pandemic where the majority of issues have been resolved offsite.

I have been very impressed with how they work with us to understand the needs of the school and build a plan for future ict resources. As well as being available to resolve/explain queries from a technophobe like myself!

They are a truly professional company, that I have found highly knowledgeable, thorough and efficient, and are always available to help.
They have always taken the time to provide me as an individual customer with whatever assistance I have have needed in every department.
The dedicated onsite technician who supports our school on a fortnightly basis goes above and beyond on every visit, as well as the rest of the team, the technicians on the telephone helpdesk, administrators, consultants and managers who make sure that everything available is done to the customers satisfaction.
The school has our own account manager who keeps an overview on our account as well as keeping us up to date with all the latest ICT developments and services that are available to the school, giving us support and guidance and takes care of all the arrangements of anything we take up.
Overall Computeam are a friendly and trustworthy company and I would highly recommend them to any school or company looking for IT support.

Starting in a new role as the Trust ICT Manager for a Trust of 16 schools in Devon, I was tasked with assessing the in place IT support being provided and create a strategy and a roadmap for the Trust going forward. Firstly I found that the schools within the trust had a mixture of IT support providers and I looked to streamline this to just one provider. After speaking to the incumbent organisations and a select few that I had researched or had been recommended to, it was clear that one organisation understood the Trust's requirements and my vision of the Trust's ICT future. From the beginning, every meeting made me more convinced that the Trust was making the right decision. They understood the needs and requirements of the Trust and how to implement the initial changes that were needed. They even supplied IT support to the schools for free for a few weeks before our contract officially started when an issue arose with one of the then IT suppliers. Every meeting they had the correct personnel and expertise to advise for any and all alternatives and so far I cannot fault their organisation on any level. They have delivered exactly what was agreed and wanted. With good feedback from the schools so far on the first engineer visit and physical encounter with the Computeam engineers. We are at the beginning of our journey with Computeam and they continue to deliver exactly and above what is expected. The future is bright!...
