Despite multiple emails you did not understand the situation, you purchased a generic product which corresponded exactly to the photo and description of the product. You received the product within the indicated time and this product was new. Then you explained your dissatisfaction to us by email because you thought you were receiving an original product. In order to respond to your request we have managed to find you an original second-hand product because obviously the original products are no longer produced so it is impossible to find them new. Without any additional effort we therefore sent a second product, this time original. You then practically insulted us by email by explaining that the product should have been new while knowing full well that the first product you received was new and it was exactly what you had ordered. In the end you kept both products.
We offered you a full refund if you returned the chargers to us, but you never sent the products you preferred to keep them, thus solving your main problem of a defective charger.
You are now in possession of two perfectly functional and guaranteed chargers which were delivered on time with impeccable customer service.
All our products are 100% tested and 100% working.
Under no circumstances do we sell "repaired" products, these are new products and when they are used products, they are products that have always worked but have never undergone repair.
I would like to point out that you requested a refund without returning the product with the threat of leaving you a negative evaluation if we did not give in to this blackmail.

Hello, it would be honest to explain the whole story... We sent a first package, this one was returned to the sender. So we sent a new product without any charges and this time you received the product.
