Comsource is good

Comsource is good. Although shame they have to still use infrastructure controlled by Telstra. Comsouce provide pesonal service and promptly. Price point is good, and always willing to discuss options with your telecommunications needs.

Setting up a small business

We were setting up a Coffee Roasting business and wanted a solution for telephones and internet that can be run without having to install data cabling, etc. and at a good price. Comsource provided all this and our Account Manager provided great service. We had a few issues initially with installation as the property had never had internet supplied but that was more an issue with Telstra as opposed to Comsource, but now that we are up and running our system is working well.

Rocky Start but Great Service.

Initial customer service and delivery of the first phone was faultless. When we went to expand the service, things really slowed down, invoices were not sent to us and then it took quite a while for the units to get configured and arrive after we finally did get the invoice to pay. Then after about 4 weeks the whole system fell over because the "4G failover" system was acting as the primary internet connection. The tech support and recovery were excellent however. The issue was that insufficient information was provided as to how the failover would work, no-one asked how our network was configured and no documentation was provided as to how the failover should work. The VOIP service itself is excellent and so is the support team, so I would use these guys again.

Throughout the whole process

Throughout the whole process, Zach has been great in explaining the whole process from switching from ADSL to NBN and VoIP. Also IT was excellent in keeping me informed when things were happening.
Didn't give a 5, only because I wasn't aware that in between switching over, I was paying for old system and new system until it was trunked? over.
