Comstar 

I should have checked TrustPilot before ordering a month from Comstar but I took their 48hr Trial and it worked perfect. I should also start by saying I have a 2.5Gbit up and down connection which is super stable and no dropped packets etc and is 5ghz etc, and I have worked in IT in various jobs for over 30 years, so I do know how to check for errors etc.
I would see all UK Football games and all UK and DK TV station without issue. The problems started after I ordered a month from them, after that I got non stop buffering on pretty much every channel. The channels that where not buffering just would not connect at all.
Everything worked perfect during the trial so nothing changed from my side and I have worked in IT Networks for over 30 years as I said but I contacted Comstar support anyway and they are useless. All they said was we logged in with your username and password and it works for us and that was it.
I heard nothing else from them for 4 days then when I contacted them again all they said was we will speak to our provider and then nothing more.
They have lost my business anyway and I would recommend that everyone keep away from this company.

Worse iptv service ever. I have a 5G internet connection with almost alway morse than 500Mb/s speed and very stable and can’t watch even one sport match on any channel as it is buffering every minute.
Also I bought 3 connections and 3rd one is not working which I was supposed to use in other apartment and after putting a ticket they said connections needs to be in same household!! It is in same household but different home and that’s why I ordered 3 connections!! Bottom line, I’ve used multiple service providers and each time moved to a new one to get better service but this one has been a huge set back, almost close to be called scam! I’m ordering a new service today and will just consider money on this one waisted.
Definitely not recommended for sure!

I order this service a year ago and was never able to access it, that money went down the drain. Unfortunately I make the same mistake again. I’ve order the 3 months 2 connections package and unable to sign into the program. The tutorial that’s on YouTube it’s a waste. You cannot get help from no one to access the program. I was able to download the program but unable to login. I have fire stick and high speed internet. This message keep popping up on my TV screen when hit login (Network error occurred! Please try again). 2 days trying, no result so far. This service is a ripoff

the worst service I've had in a long time using IPTV, they don't respond to messages and when they do, 12 or more hours have passed

11 months into a year's service. Gone downhill. Way too much buffering. Most channels I tried didn't work at all, ever. 99% up time? NO. NEVER. Today none of my 48 favourites worked.

Terrible iptv provider. Most channels don’t work most of the time and they keep buffering when it works. I have high speed internet (100Mbps) but it doesn’t help. Stay away from it.

SO I TOOK A FREE 2 DAY TRIAL. COMSTAR SENT ME AN EMAIL STATING THAT IF I PUT THE CHARGE THROUGH FOR A 1 MONTH SUBSCRIPTION FOR ABOUT $16.00 WHICH IS MOST LIKELY ON THE PAYPAL WEBSITE AS A "FRIEND OR "FAMILY MEMBER" THAT THE CHARGE WOULD GO THROUGH. I HAVE PAID FOR IPTV SERVICE BEFORE WITH A PAYPAL DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD & WAS NEVER ASKED TO PERFORM THIS ACTION FOR A STRANGER TO BE PAID AS A "FRIEND"OR A "FAMILY MEMBER". WHAT?! ALSO OTHER REVIEWERS ON TRUSTPILOT TALK ABOUT BEING ""RIPPED OFF". I AM GLAD NOW MY PAYPAL CARD WAS DECLINED. COMCAST DID ME A FAVOR. ONE WEBSITE RATED COMSTAR AS BEING RANKED AS THE 2ND OR 3RD BEST IPTV SERVICE IN AMERICA. WHAT?! DO NOT BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU READ! IT COULD BE POLITICALLY DRIVEN! I DON'T KNOW IF IT WAS ONLY BECAUSE I ONLY TOOK A 2 DAY TRIAL BUT THERE DOESN'T APPEAR TO BE ANY LIVE ADULT CHANNELS! I WANTED LIVE ADULT CHANNELS. THE ONLY THING THAT WORKED ON COMSTAR WAS THE 24/7 CHANNELS! I DID NOT TRY THEIR PPV SPORTS. WORD TO THE WISE, AVOID COMSTAR & TRY ANOTHER IPTV SERVICE. TYPHOON LABS IS MOSTLY GREAT.

Firstly, paying for the service is such a pain. Thought they estimate $12 for 30 days, we ended up paying $17.16 in total.
UI is very bad. Most of the channels black out. My internet is considerably fast yet it buffers a lot.
Not worth it.

Trying to use there service with perfect player, no matter how I tried they couldn't set me up, there service and knowledge stinks

Bought 3 months of service. Worked well for 3 weeks and then lost several services.
Have been contacting (4 times) their help ticket online with no answer.
Stay away from this service provider. No after sales support.
Bad, Bad, Bad

We bought one month premium service, paid in full, and we can't log in to Comstar on our TV.
We have contacted Comstar, several times, and no action from Comstar, no answer.
The 24/7/365 customer support is not true! There is no customer support!
We are already in touch with our Credit Card disputing the amount we paid to Comstar.
RUN AWAY FROM COMSTAR!

Bought 6 months premium service.
Comstar's FAQ states that the service will be instated within few hours. NOT TRUE! 7 days passed and still I can not login. I opened a "Ticket" with Comstar and still no action. My account at Comstar's site indicate that they received the payment.
I gave up on Comstar and going to engage my credit card, to have my money back.
Buyers, BEWARE!!!

We're on a self-described one-month trial. Very impressed. It seems to us that buffering is tied to Internet provider, not to Comstar. We're using the Smart STB Emulator on an LG Smart TV with no buffering issues. Most channels are available, but a lock-up earlier today had hardly any channels available and extremely slow response. We turned it off for five minutes and back on, and it was fine. Overall, it's worth the trial. We'll be signing on for 1 year pre-paid service contract. Have recommended already to others.

Used the 48 hour trial and then signed up for 30 days. Didn't use it much as we were traveling. Signed up for a full year and started using it regularly. If you want to watch TV, then find another service. This one stinks. Buffers constantly while attaching a show but if I change to a different channel it works fine. The issue is their servers not my internet speed. Channels will go offline in the middle of a program. It is likely an overseas setup probsbly rebroadcasting signals from legitimate providers in a place where that kind of thing isn't illegal. If you don't mind hit or miss tv, constant buffering and losing channels in the middle of a show then this is a bargain, but if you are interested in actually seeing programs as they are broadcast then find another provider.

There is no such perfect IPTV service in the field of IPTV, but there is a provider that comes close to perfection .Hands up guys for Comstar.tv. It is one of the best IPTV providers out there in the market. I have been with Comstar.tv for more than two years. During this time Comstar.tv has always delivered a great service and support. The channels are in a great quality, the service is very stable and the channels are consistent. There are few inactive channels, but other than that it is a flawless IPTV service. There are people here who have spoken about buffering issues and the service stopping a lot. I totally disagree with these people because I have used the service for long time and it has always been amazing. Here are some advice for these people :
1. Check your internet speed.
2. Use apps with strong video players, for example IPTV Extreme.
3. Use a VPN program if there is a need, depending on the location of your country.
4. Connect your device to the internet by an Ethernet cable rather than using a wireless connections.

Really wanted this to work but the buffering is terrible. Didn’t matter what channel I watched but it stopped every 4 words.

Trial ok but a little buffering then I paid for a month then the problems started.
No help no refund no service Did not care I speak as I find.

Not stable, pauses every thirty seconds on every channel. Channels change network midshow often. Customer service a joke. Asked about said issues, told me to clean the app cache. The app has no ability to clean cache. I did it manually. Still no improvement, asked how come they don't know their own software and when are they fixing their issue. No reply now in a month after several tickets filed. So I'm with another service. They were good for 6 weeks then utter crap. Save your money and time. They're not very cheap and offer sub par service for what they charge.
