It has been nearly 2 weeks since I placed my order, and I have still not received it!! I have contacted customer service on both Facebook messenger and Email, and their reply comments are so short and not remotely helpful. A lady replies and her emails are almost borderline rude and patronising. They keep promising i will receive it and sent me a tracking link for it, which shows it still hasn't been shipped. Absolutely awful customer service. Definitely avoid avoid avoid and purchase a different brand as you will be disappointed if you try to order any replacements - as you won't receive it!

Still waiting for my order 11 days later after Upon ordering it stated 2-3 working days tracked. Have received many other orders from other companies via Royal Mail and evri fine.. emailed twice with no response. Gutted as I really thought good things of this upon reading the reviews on their website: I move in 2 weeks so will probably miss my order :-( been told it’s been shipped but evri haven’t even received the parcel … second email to them and no response and no parcel !!!

Still waiting for products even though purchased on 13.3.24 and said only take 3 working days but evri still haven't received the parcel yet so unhappy about paying for a delivery which you expect to be with you on time. But now I have ran out of my tablets and now got to wait for this delivery as I can't afford to buy anymore elsewhere

Myself and my partner have had nothing but bad experiences with Conceive Plus. Their product does nothing to aid conception and at best removes all feeling of intercourse (not a good thing).
Conceive Plus' customer service and complaint handling department is below par. I've never experienced such idiocracy from a company. Responses are not customer-focused, empathetic or in the slightest bit supportive.
You have to be suspicious when dealing with a company that immediately goes on the defensive without listening to the customer first. Conceive plus' responses verge on abusive. Avoid at all costs and save your money.
How can this company improve? Re-train their customer relations staff. A positive customer experience goes a long way, especially when dealing with a complaint or a suggestion.

After being on a repeat order, only received one bottle of the ovulation bundle (ovulation support) missing. After numerous emails since 21.02.24, keep getting promised it will be shipped out, I’m still waiting. I am due to run out of the tablets on Tuesday but customer service are not helpful. Avoid the question when I ask for a telephone number to complain. I want a refund.
Have been taking them for a few months now anyway but have not helped to conceive.
Have tried to leave a review direct on their website but not able to. Guess they only want positive reviews on their to scam more people.

I ordered a trial of Conceive Plus. It arrived and the month of expiry was in two days time. I wasn't happy. Had I known this I wouldn't have bothered with the £4.99 postage. In one of their replies on Trustpilot they informed me that they refunded the postage but no refund was ever received.
Contrary to the reply below, there was nothing on the website to state the expiry date. I contacted conceive plus to bring it to their attention to be met with an aggressively defensive response along with an unprofessional obtuse attitude.
As someone who is trying to conceive, the lack of understanding, empathy and customer service is appalling.

Sadly disnt work for us used all the vitamins for 6 plus months but nothing happened along with the lubricant. Tablets are really easy to swallow has a nice soft coat on them but the pregnancy side sadly didnt happen for us

What a waste of time!
I placed my order on November 10th, so it has been 18 days and I still haven’t received my order.
This is so unacceptable, as when purchasing customers are told 3-5 working days. They should be more honest with delivery times as I could have gone and purchased from Boots or elsewhere.
I didn’t even get a confirmation email and I’ve now got an email 4 days ago to say my order has been ‘complete’ and that it has been ‘shipped’, but the tracking number provided doesn’t even work!
I have contacted customer service and have received half hearted emails telling me to wait.
I have never ever experienced such poor customer service and turn around times!

Customer service atrocious. I ordered repeat tablets with enough time to allow for the 3-5 delivery days so I had enough tablets however after a week the order still hadn’t been shipped which resulted in me missing days of tablets which then means they are out my system and not doing what they need to do. I spoke with customer service and they did nothing to rectify this, didn’t offer any compensation or good will gesture for the problem caused instead just refunded the product. Lost a regular customer and partner.

I started conceive plus on the 5th of May. Steamed with the fertility support a month later I purchased the ovulation support and motility and fertility support for my hubby. Overall my period became more regular. After 9 weeks of using this. I am pregnant. Sending lots of baby dust to everyone who is hopeful.
There are ingredients they hide from you on their website such as artificial colourants. As far as I understand all ingredients should be displayed on the website as their tablets are classed as food supplements. When I pointed this out they kept emailing me a load of rubbish about how wonderful their products were… so I shouldn’t return them.
They were completely unconcerned I was not happy there was a whole set of ingredients on the bottle that was not displayed on the website when I made my purchase!

Your customer support did not ‘do everything they could’ they clearly have a mandated script. The ingredients were not clearly displayed with the other ingredients on the product page- if you have to go digging for them they are hidden.
And if you are responding to a new EU directive and removing these ingredients, thanks for continuing to sell those of us the ones you had on the shelf with the ‘small’ amount of harmful ingredients still left in them. And if we are not happy buying something with the ingredients not clearly displayed with the ‘main’ ingredients on your website (ones are already banned in other countries) allowing us to return them at our own cost.

Excellent choice to get personal guys! They even tried to have my review removed because I thought hiding additional ingredients in other tabs was misleading to women. I received an email with the words ‘defamation’ … like we were in America… probably try to sue me if we were 😂
Women deserve better and we should be asking why companies are reluctant to make things clearer, safer and more accessible. Clearly this company would rather spent their time making ‘ex-customers’ feel bullied on an external review website.

I have suffered pcos for 20 years, I either never had periods or a gap of at least 3 -6 months, never knew when I would be due, drs advise was to go on the pill.
I started doing my own research and came across conceive plus, I figured I’d try it for 3 months I doubt they would work.
I started in January and I’ve now had a period every 6 weeks without fail which has never happened, this a great start I know when I am due I can work on the dates. This is a fantastic product and recommend anyone who wants to be regular to use them, I have been using fertility support and ovulation support
Oh and not to mention it has reduce the period pains dramatically as well as my pain in my breast which is now non existent 😄😄😄
Since taking these I have been having regular periods, before I went to the doctors and they never seemed to really do anything for me, I suffer with pcos and it effects me a lot but these tablets are a life changer. And they are on offer a lot too which is good. Definitely recommend

Read some reviews about ovulation support tablets that say they are good for all women to use so thought I’d add them to the mix, every little helps.
What the ovulation support tablets seemingly have done us completely messed up my normally completely regular cycle. These are the only thing different to every other month so I am quite sure it has been caused by these. I am currently 3 days late on my period with negative pregnancy tests. Upon further reading others seem to have experienced this too. This has caused a lot of hope and then heartache when I realised I wasn’t pregnant, expense with pregnancy tests, and a messed up cycle meaning I have no idea when my next period or ovulation will be which is entirely useless when trying to conceive
My personal experience of these ovulation support tablets is they have not worked for me and have messed up my normal regular cycle and I am truly gutted. I am sure they are great for others, but would like to share my personal experience so people have the whole potential picture. Everyone is different so another person may have a completely different experience
