Concept Fertility changed our life! We made an appointment with them after the NHS told us that we had no chance of having kids. Despite our challenging condition, the amazing team at Concept ran a few tests and walked us through the IVF process (the only chance for us). They were kind, informative, supportive and very transparent through the entire process. After 2 cycles of IVF, we got pregnant and 9 months later we have a beautiful and healthy baby boy. I couldn't recommend them enough - a caring team who goes the extra mile to create magic!

We had a very good experienced with Concept Clinic. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. We are thankful to have a successful IVF with them and now enjoying our little boy.

We had a great IVF experience at Concept and my husband and I agreed at the end of our treatment that, regardless of the outcome, the experience had been really positive. The medical staff were all professional and supportive. All our questions were answered and we were kept well informed. Happily we were successful in our treatment and now have a 8 week old baby boy.

Every single member of staff at Concept are genuinely lovely and friendly people, who make the whole stressful process of fertility treatment, so much more enjoyable than we could have ever thought possible.
I always looked forward to my appointments (even if they came with bad news), purely because of how pleasant it was just getting to see and talk to all of the Concept team.

Not once did we feel like our questions were left unanswered, or made to feel like our concerns weren’t being heard.
We had previously been through the NHS and 1 other private clinic that constantly made us feel like we weren’t involved in the decision making, and we were also made to feel as if some of our problems were not going to be easy to overcome. Concept have only ever made us feel as though we were just a few steps away from finally getting our baby.

Thanks to Concept and their absolutely outstanding care and support, we now have our beautiful daughter and we could not be happier or more grateful!

Concept have been absolutely wonderful throughout our IVF journey and we now have a gorgeous little boy (born September 2022) as a result. They were warm, caring and professional and we can't thank them enough for everything they did for us.

If it wasn’t for all the staff at concept fertility I wouldn’t have my three beautiful children. I have twins through my first round of IVF and a third child ten weeks ago from an embryo transfer. The clinic was supportive, caring and very professional. I would highly recommend!!!!

This clinic is amazing and we highly recommend them. As a same sex couple, we visited a few clinics in our local area but Concept had the best 'feeling' about it - it felt personal not that we were just another number/statistic. The staff were professional, polite and friendly. They always took their time to answer any questions or queries we might have. They explained each step of our process and carefully explained why they thought we should try IUI first and IVF only if we weren't successful (making us confident that they were not just trying to get as much money out of us as possible!). They supported us to find donor sperm, provided counselling (a requirement for using a donor) and organised prescriptions quickly, even supplying medication the same day when the pharmacy weren't able to supply it for a week. The procedure rooms were clean, well maintained and were as relaxing as possible (given the situation!). We were successful with our second attempt and they maintained contact to ensure that the pregnancy was going okay. We now have a beautiful baby and won't hesitate to use them again in the future.

A super lovely team, that supported us through our IUI journey.
We first attending an open evening, followed by a consultation and scans. All information given to us were very helpful and assisted us in making decisions.

Great team, successful round.

Two beautiful children from one fresh and one frozen IVF round. I cannot thank Concept enough and feel incredibly lucky to have had their support and such a successful outcome. All the staff we came across were so lovely and supportive.

I visited concept in March 2021 after being diagnosed with unexplained infertility and proceeded with IVF in 2021.

The staff across the board were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, personable and kind. I felt like I fully understood each step of the process which was very important for me.

I feel blessed that I’m now 23 weeks pregnant and I can’t thank the team enough

This clinic is just a joke.
Went for the egg retrieval and when i was awake from the aneasthesia I was told by Dr Ohja they have to abandoned the procedure as they were unable to collect the egg and they tried mutliple times.
I was not made aware that i was bleeding. There was no duty of candour.
I woke up in severe abdominal pain and was given buscopan. Eventhough i told nurse that I was unable to pass urine I was discharge home. My husband and felt they wanted us out of there cause we felt there was something not right. Went home that day without passing urine and still I was in severe pain.
To open my bowel and passing urine was a problem as I was in agony.
Few days after I went to an Nhs hospital with severe lower abdominal pain, and right sided pain. Had MRI and Pv ultrasound scan and it was found that I heamatoma above the fundus of the uterus, blood in the pelvic area and right ovary heamatoma who became infected and end up staying 15 days in the hospital.

Myself & my husband thought that we lost all hope trying to conceive for 6 years, and Concept fertility not only restored my faith but made the process extremely easy, suffering from PCOS, Dr Ojha’s expertise knowledge & care lead me to conceive once my PCOS was controlled. I thank Dr Ojha & the team for the next level care & professionalism. I am now 9 weeks & counting.

My experience with Concept has been excellent. Concept partnered with my clinic over in the US. Before travelling to the US all the testing and preparation work pre embryo transfer was carried out at Concept. The staff from the patient coordinator and receptionists to the nurses and doctors were amazing, very approachable, knowledgeable and friendly. At what can be an uncertain and anxious time, the staff listened, gave amazing advice based on years of experience. I always felt I was listen to at every appointment I had. I was never rushed and my concerns were never brushed over. Even though my clinic was based over in the States Concept treated me as their patient. The care and support I received was outstanding and would strongly recommend them to anyone considering fertility treatment.
