Great as always! We had some very old phones that needed collecting - although these are of little value to Concept Management, they agreed to pick them up enroute to another job after I enquired about alternative ways to dispose of the phones in an environmentally appropriate way.

Mark from Concept Management Consulting Limited originally and kindly donated 20 Dell Latitude laptops to support Adult Social Care workers in completing their Social Care Qualifications and developing their digital skills.
The impact of these donations has been significant. The laptops have made a huge difference to the work we do, and so far we have supported around 50 individuals in completing qualifications or achieving their Care Certificates.
More recently, Mark generously donated a further 5 laptops, expanding our pool and enabling us to reach even more learners—this is absolutely fantastic. These devices will continue to support many more care and support workers across Doncaster.

Wayne and Sean will always go above and beyond to be helpful when collecting kit or preparing reports.

There was a little confusion at our end with access to the site, at really short notice. The collection guys contacted me to say it was all ok and could figure a way to make it work. Once again the collection was done professionally and in good time. Thank you.
