Jason & Dave (concept mobility)
Have done an excellent job on my grandmothers bathroom. Although there were some unforeseen problems they handled it professionally and kept me informed the throughout the whole project. They are hard working and very polite.

They gave me advice on on what I wanted and didn’t try to pressure me into making more expensive choices or to do work that doesn’t need to be done , which I’ve experienced in the past.

Jason completed all the carpentry for our recent extension.
He was always easy to communicate with, the work was excellent. He was willing to work anti-social hours to fit in with the rest of the project. He did extra bits when he saw things that needed doing.

Jason & dave at concept mobility were a very well organised group that were prepared to go the extra mile to meet customer satisfaction.
I could not fault their workmanship, their attention to detail was also very well designated also.
Over the years I’ve used various tradesman, but the thurrow honesty, and cleanliness left me but not to leave such a good review about these kind caring people.
They charge reasonable and had not put lots of extras on a job,I believe that even their pricing structure was great also and knew were the money was being sent.

Thanks to Jason and Dave for the great work on installing a new bathroom, and the empathy with which you worked with our Mum recovering at home with a hip fracture. The work was done well and on time, and we appreciated your flexibility and focus on quality.

We cannot rate Jason and Dave highly enough. Our main shower room was in dire need of replacement and to make it more accessible for my partner. The work that these guys did was nothing short of amazing.

They came in and demolished our old room and in its place we have been left with a safe, secure and accessible room which functions for our whole family.

They delivered the project on time and within budget - I was impressed with their initial quote which was highly itemised; this gave me added confidence as we could really see the breakdown of the project.

We were kept updated every step of the way and they provided valuable insight into all decisions.

The bathroom they have built for us is better than what we imagined it would be and it was a pleasure having them here.

Jason and his team installed 2 new bathrooms for me in 2021. He did a wonderful job. He and his team were always punctual, professional and tidy. It was a pleasure to have them in my home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

I have recently had a walk-in shower fitted to replace my bath, which I was finding difficult to get in and out of. Jason and his Team did an excellent job from start to finish. Getting the quote was really easy, as was arranging a date for the work, as communication was very good. Jason worked mostly on his own following Covid regulations as much as possible. The job was completed on time and in a tidy, clean and friendly manner. Cleaning was done every evening so that the least disruption was caused. I would highly recommend this team.
