I have attended concise MRCP revision course for Part 1, the course was very informative, interesting and presented in a fantastic way by Dr Philip Cockrell. Very good balance between information and breaks.
Amazing food was provided during the course too.

Well organized, well structured and paced well. Good coverage of concepts and how to apply them. Good consolidation of knowledge and revision! Definitely recommended!

The course was highly recommended by colleagues and now I know why. This was the best investment not only for the MRCP but in my medical career. The concepts were explained and tied together in a way that made it impossible not to understand. Dr Cockrell teaches you how to do the clinical reasoning and understand what is actually happening rather than remembering a list.
I believe every doctor should take this course, regardless of their MRCP journey. It will rekindle the love of medicine in your heart.
The venue and IT system set up made the teaching easy to follow.

I recently attended the Concise MRCP course over the weekend post nights, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional learning experience. The course did an incredible job of making complex concepts easy to understand, breaking them down in a way that felt both intuitive and accessible. Despite the challenging nature of the material, the course covered a vast array of high-yield topics in just two days—focusing not just on memorisation, but on fostering a deep understanding of the subject matter.

The teaching was outstanding—concise, efficient, and delivered with genuine passion. Dr Cockrell was highly engaging, constantly checking in to ensure we were absorbing and consolidating the material, which kept me fully engaged throughout the entire weekend. This emphasis on active learning and ongoing reinforcement really solidified my understanding and made the content stick.

I honestly wish there were a whole series of these courses, as I would gladly attend even after my exams are over. The knowledge gained is not only invaluable for the MRCP but also highly relevant for practical, day-to-day medicine. Great course with an emphasis on understanding basic concepts which assists with overall understanding of pathophysiological processes. Taught very well and structurally with easy to remember examples and analogies, relevant material for MRCP! Thank you to both Dr. Cockrell and Dr. Chahal for such a very well run course!

Wow what a weekend. Despite this being a really intense revision course over just two days, I found this course so engaging and so useful. Every concept taught was one that I had been poorly taught and had never fully understood from vasculitis to haemolytic anaemias and renal tubular acidosis. I came away with a greater understanding and found myself with renewed enthusiasm for medicine. This course really highlighted the art of diagnosing based on signs and symptoms and emphasised how great having a true understanding and correct knowledge is. 10/10 would recommend.

I recently attended an MRCP course led by Dr. Cockrell, and it was a fantastic experience. Dr Cockrell made difficult concepts look easier by his outstanding teaching skills and efforts.

He is a master trainer and would want to have a series of whole medicine lectures from him to learn.

Would have enjoyed more if i ave got 100 days enough of 2 only.
