My first contact with Concord was with Account Representative, Gene Harris who explained the coverage, the tiers, and the price in very good detail. He did this with clarity and without undue pressure to purchase. The ordering and signup process only took a couple of vehicle pictures, filling in a couple of forms, and an electronic signature. A pretty positive experience so far and the price was about 1/2 of comparable contracts from the big name extended warranty companies that I compared coverage with. Only time will tell if claims are handled as well as promised. I forgot to mention that I checked the BBB to see how this company is rated and was pleased to see the 5 stars (81 reviews) and an A- rating. It also shows a summary of very few complaints with explanations of resolutions that appear pretty believable.

The agent I spoke with was Jeff B. I currently have a 2016 Lexus which factory which factory warranty will be up in May of this year. How do I know this because Jeff researched it for me. He was knowledgeable and showed genuine interest in my concerns for this purchase. He assisted in such a way that I felt comfortable enough to purchase my subscription from him. As long as he is with the company, he will be my go-to guy! Thank you Jeff. I called you in July 2019 and you checked back in December to make sure my car received this full benefits coverage. Went online to get a quote and within 5 minutes I received an email and in 10 I got a call from Maurice.
He basically told me what plan I had qualified used my mileage.
I got the best deal for three year or 30,000 miles.
I highly recommend Concord Auto Protect and Maurice did an Outstanding job!

There was very little pressure to buy and they allowed me to move at my own pace.

Great job by Morris in setting me up with my plan for my 2018 Ford F150 and getting me a very good deal.

My representative was outstanding and finding me the lowest rates. I compare these rates to both the dealership and other insurance companies, and Concord was by far the cheapest!

😩Hi my name is Vilma this is been bothering me for the last six months and I wanna close this cycle, I’ve been threat by Concord Auto protect, that if I report this incident on any rating social media website that he’s going to suit me. I called on June 20 and 21, 2019 to get a quote, I spoke to Patrick don agent we were very close to close a deal from $3600 he drop it down to $2500 and Patrick boss name Michael Solomon got in the conversation, got me offguard very unprofessional and said that no that deal they will not honor it. He tried to Survivor me offer me $500 gift card and I said no, I said I was gonna make complaint with BBB, yelp and other websites as well, that’s when he said that if I make a complaint he was going to suit me.
I believe that we are in a free country of freedom of speech he cannot 🤐😷 shut and quiet my mouth saying that he’s gonna send me his attorney and he’s a power man with a lot of 🤑money, if I put it on any website my complain. hopefully nobody goes through this situation sincerely Vilma. Patrick Dunn was very helpful and answered all my questions. It only took a matter of minutes to enroll and send a simple pic of VIN and odometer. So far so good!

I have had another warranty on my last car and they worked with me on a couple of claims and they handled it expertly......just had to call. I feel secure knowing my new car will be safe and secure for many years. :-) I highly recommend them!
