Keeping me updated on my accounts. Making sure I understand the process and the team is usually available but If I can’t reach them, someone calls me back or emails me. Poor communication
I never receive any feedback from my questions and no callbacks when I have questions and they do nothing to reach out to debt collectors until they go to court first

Staff was friendly
Staff was friendly, courteous, and listened to what I had to say. The one thing I had a problem with is, I am a little hard of hearing and sometimes the person talked so fast, I had to ask them to slow down, so I could hear & understand what was being said.

First 6 months are going OK
So far things have gone pretty smoothly, but our payment has already gone up another $100 in the first 6 months. We were not told our payments would go up when we settle. If it goes up much more we won’t be able to afford it.

No one communicates. Also, I agreed to a settlement, signed the paperwork but it's not showing in my dashboard. The premise is good, but your staff need to communicate throughout the process.... not just at the beginning when you want my business.
