Not happy at this early stage
I signed up in April 2025. I had three debts. One settled super fast and I thought how wonderful this is. No contact has been made to other two. One of them calls me three times a day for payment. I’ve sent emails to explain what is going on. Only got a phone for another few in case the debts go into collection. I guess that’s what they are waiting for to get an additional fee from me. I was told it would take 2 months for past due bills but my credit score is ruined and I was told it would go down but from 820-410!! I never see any updates on the portal. I never get replies to my emails. I’m very discouraged at this point.
