Transparency
First, when I was informed about the program, the agent told me that my creditors never would cancel my two credit cards, Now, both of my cards were cancel.
Second, the agent also told me that the process would last only three months. We started in November, 2024, and after 6 months in April, 2025, we reached an agreement with my creditor that issued my two credit cards but only one card still in process.
In conclusion, I think you have to be more honest about the time that would take to finishing negotiations and assure people that credit cards would be closed because they are going to be reported to the credit agencies. Try not to convince people with a cunning act that deceive someone.

have been working with them for 1 year
have been working with them for 1 year. I had 10 accounts. I was told within months I would start seeing settlements. For 1 year I paid them a total of $5237.76. They paid my 1 settled account $2227.90. I cancelled this service and was told I would only be getting $514.04 back of my remaining money, SCAMMING me $2495.66, and basically telling me oh well. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They will do nothing of what they promised, leaving you worst off financially than where you started. Please do not trust them.

Outstanding Service With Your Best Interest At Hand

The result is slow, multiple agents is calling you.and to let you know they are negotiating to my Banks credits. Its been almost 9 months the service are so slow. They are not paying in full. They are changing my address so that cannot receive a bill from my credit cards.
