Competitive price, prompt , great staff

Amazing as usual, used many times before, this was my first 2 vehicle delivery as 12m3 required, all went as smooth ss always.

Highly recommend from initial contact, office scheduling perfect and drivers very very professional and helpful.

Great service from initial enquiry through to excellent customer service through to the on time/ day delivery. No fuss smooth process from start to finish.

The service I received from enquiry to delivery was excellent. My order was probably in the scheme of thing quite small (1.5m3). Initially i started my order online, but I needed to ensure delivery could be completed on a certain day before I made payment. So with the former in mind, I called them directly. I was assured delivery was available on the day I required, a bit later than I wanted, but acceptable with the caveat if an earlier delivery was available, I'd take it. On the day of delivery an earlier time slot became available. In a matter of 30-45mins the concrete arrived. The skill of the driver to get it on my drive and the subsequent service was #1 We had to wheelbarrow the concrete around to the area required. The driver obviously had done this many, many times. He didn't rush us, quite the opposite however, within 25mins we had unloaded the 1.5m3. The area in which we unloaded was left clean and tidy (although I would suggest you lay down some sheeting, in case of spillage). The actual supplier on this occasion was Kendalls - well done to all involved

Ordered a small load which would not have been enough ! Driver was on the case watched us pour it then mixed just the right amount to finish the job !
Cracking service.

7.5 cubic metres of mix on site concrete delivered spread over 4 separate loads.
Steve the driver was always on time and was willing to help barrow and screed. Frankly, I couldn't have done the job without his assistance.
Macca went out of his way to fit in delivery times with my schedule.
An excellent service and I would thoroughly recommend.

Concrete arrived early, great service from the lads but excellent customer service from Macca in the office & Lorraine in the Accounts Dept, very friendly & would highly recommend

I placed an order last week for delivery today, however never received my concrete. Numerous phone calls to the office were made, to be repeatedly told by Jason that the concrete was ‘’on its way’’. In the end, the concrete never arrived and Jason told me that as it had now passed 4pm it was no longer his problem as he had to get home to his fish finger sandwiches. Wouldn’t recommend!!

Great company to deal with. I've never ordered concrete from a company before but the chap over the phone was extremely helpful. Order was booked for 12:30 on Tuesday 18th June. Received a phone call on the day asking if I could accept an earlier delivery which I could. Delivery Driver was brilliant. He helped me barrow it all in and stayed to help smooth over my slab, and didn't leave until he felt it was good. Will need more concrete soon so will definitely be using Concret4U again.

I needed 2 cubic meters of concrete to construct a base in my garden, I telephoned to discuss my requirements agreeing on a grade and delivery time to suit my needs. Communication from the company was excellent, I received a call the day before delivery to confirm the quantity and time of delivery as previously agreed.
The delivery arrived on time, the driver was friendly and competent, taking time to confirm my order and to look at the delivery location before working with me to ensure the delivery went to plan, communicating clearly throughout the delivery.
Excellent service from start to finish.

Thank you for delivering 10.50 cubic meters of concrete, on time and tipped into pump, your total understanding of us been 0.50 cubic meter short and sending us a part load within the hour was great service.
