I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share our experience so other small businesses don’t end up in the same situation.

We hired Contractor Click to manage our marketing and advertising campaigns. Unfortunately, the quality of work delivered was far below expectations and we experienced multiple serious issues that resulted in potentially tens of thousands of dollars in lost revenue, wasted ad spend, and additional costs to repair the work that was done. Thousands of dollars to fix our website that they modified. It appeared that everything the did was AI generated which we did not appreciate and Google doesn't either.

In my opinion and based on our experience, I would not recommend Contractor Click to any concrete coating company, or really any company unless they make some significant changes to how they conduct and execute business. The mistakes that were made and the lack of execution caused significant financial damage and lost opportunities for our business.
