Absolutely no communication regarding my order or status of order. Emailed and tried calling multiple times with no success. USPS tracking just says awaiting item. I don’t even know how I can cancel the item and go with a different product

Order was never shipped
I ordered April 4, 2023. On the 5th I got the UPS shipping notice. Then for 2 weeks didn't hear anything. Evidently "Condomounts" never took them to UPS to be shipped. I cancelled the order after 2 weeks.
Save yourself $$ and go to Home Depot. I got 10 mounts instead of 4 and the drill bit for less than Condomounts charges.

Good product, alright service
Good product and satisfied with it. But like other Amazon reviewers have mentioned, you can tell it's a 1 or 2 man run operation.
Even though I got a refurbished model, the screws on the mounting device wasn't readjusted to it's original position. This led to me having to retake it down and readjust it before mounting it.
I had requested a video call to go over the mounting procedure to trouble shoot, and was only given a 5min window to answer the zoom call. Emailed him afterwards (since I didn't get a chance to go through my email at that time) to set up a new appointment, and he was unresponsive. Not a hard set-up and device does work, but feel like customer service could be a bit better.

Poor Quality Control by Amazon
1/2 Amazon sent me a box that was clearly returned. It was ripped and taped up. Instructions were shoved inside. The incorrect item was sent. I ordered the 200b anchors. Amazon sent me 90lb anchors.
2/2 Issue resolved. Stellar customer service by Condo Mounts who reached out to me personally. Issue stemmed from Amazon delivery. Will buy from Condo Mounts again. Thanks!

6 piece Steel stud installation kit
The kit I ordered was for 6 pieces. I received 8, which I thought was generous, however, one of them had a strap already broken. Turned out when trying to use it, the unit didn't grasp correctly and it fell down the dead space. I was glad there were extras! Also there were 6 bolts, but only 3 washers. I think the problem was the box was NOT taped closed and likely they slipped out in shipping, since the drill bit was there. I would suggest you take the time to tape the box closed. The other pieces worked well and am happy with the product.

After posting the review, they were able to investigate and determined they had a shipping error. They provided a full refund and a new label to return the item. Happy they were able to make it right!
The mount doesn’t support at all and when we wanted to return it we were told where to send it and then they rejected the shipment. So we have an expensive useless mount and had to find an alternate solution.

An amazing tv mount for pillars in my condo
I purchased the column tv mount and it was a good experience overall. I was skeptical in the beginning, i little nervous as it was a more then I wanted to pay. The concept was new and strapping a tv I thought was impossible.
After installing my TV, I was so proud I installed my own tv, and the outcome looks amazing. It came with everything you need. No drills required and it took me less then 30 minutes to install it.
