The packaging was ripped when it arrived because the envelope was so thin, you could see the contents, so discretion needs a lot more attention
*****To add I've had a reply from them and they've agreed to review their packaging and issued me with a full refund so although my initial experience wasn't the best they've rectified it.
Their customer service is excellent and I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

Top of the gel was broken
The pump top of the gel was broken! Snapped off. It was well packaged so can only assume it was badly handled after packaging or during delivery. Not so easy to use now
