CONENTOOL - ESSGOO MOTOR CO-EBAY ELECTRICALS
Purchased cordless strimmer from ESSGOO-MOTOR-CO 15-6-24 (suggest they are CONENTOOL UNDER DIFFERENT NAME-well known ploy of sellers on EBAY) which totally failed to work after 6 months of very intermittent use. States clearly GUARANTEED 1 YEAR on listing. Seller less than helpful and will not replace. (Batteries are fine). Said to be based in Staffs ( Actually Chinese seller). Beware of 'guarantees' on EBAY electricals unless known reputable sellers e.g. Argos, Currys etc.) Machine quite useful when working, but remember it's a gamble if it goes wrong......
Unit playing up after 3 uses
Hello
I purchased through Amazon one of your Cordless strimmer's. At first usage it was fine with no problems, second use the same and worked very well, however on return from 2 weeks holiday I had tried to use it today to strim the edges of my garden grass before mowing, it now has an issue.
On startup its fine it runs for around two minutes then cuts out, I have to leave it for about five minutes and it then runs again for a couple of minutes and then cuts out, as if it has a overheating switch that shuts it down, but after two minutes on light grass with the strimmer cord attached?
Tried through Amazon to get an answer however as I purchased it on the 4th April 2024 they will have nothing to do with it and told me to contact the supplier , which I suppose is yourselves.
I was happy with the way it worked and would be very happy if it stopped cutting out, which makes the task in hand around 5 times longer, and frustrating. The unit is clean all air vents are clear, there is nothing binding the shaft, in fact it all looks good, the batteries are also showing fully charged.
Thank you in anticipation for a speedy reply.
Bought an inverter welder from them
Bought an inverter welder from them, it worked 1st time I used it for about 30cm weld...then next time I went to use it the wire feed wheel would not feed. Asked for refund but was told to get it fixed myself. Will never use again !!!!!
