Great bags, on time. Very attentive customer service.

We bought some printed bags from this company and I would have no problem recommending them to anybody. Turnaround was quick and we received the product exactly as expected. We wanted our logo in a specific place, so gave them the measurements and they were happy to accomodate us. I'd be happy to use them again!

After finding Conference Bags via google, I contacted them for some prices and samples. Unlike other companies i have dealt with they were happy to send samples free of charge and as many as i needed to compare. My contact was Phil Klieve, he always gives me a good price and answers emails quickly, which is great when working to deadlines. I have now placed 3 orders and plan to make more in 2015.

We were completely satisfied with our interactions with this company, and delighted with the design and appearance of our bags: they suited our purposes perfectly. The company were happy to emend design details and the print colour before our order was confirmed in order that the design and colour were exactly as we wanted. Delivery was timely, as promised. Excellent five-star service. Our single criticism, resulting in the four-star review, is that not all of the bags turned out to be colourfast: even without the bags getting wet, the printing smudged on some - which we hadn't expected. We may have just been unlucky: it wasn't something that had occurred to us to check either before buying the product or before distributing the bags to delegates, so it was too late to do anything this time around. But we would certainly take steps to do in future.

Good services, we had to exchange couple of emails as the visual were not giving the results we wanted but we reached the wanted result at the end. I wish they told us the printing on the notepad would look as if it is going to fade though (due to the colours/the size??). The pen and the bag are great, the printing on the notepad seems a bit small.

Unfortunately the courier service wasn't as great as the company and delivered the day after we expected.

For two years running I have used Conference Bags for our lanyards and bags and both times at short notice.
