How have I been running conference rooms for 25 years and just heard about ConferFly last month?? Thank you so much to Reddit for the pointer. Because my customer already has a Mac Mini and a micro PC with webcams in their two conference rooms ConferFly is saving us _THOUSANDS_ of dollars over five years compared to buying dedicated Zoom Room-compatible hardware from Logitech or Polycom or Neat. It takes about an hour total poking at our Google Workspace Roles and policies, installing the ConferFly browser extension, and changing the OS settings to auto-login but I now have truly 1-click solution for my users that works even if there is a power outage and the machine reboots while I'm not in the office. It just WORKS for Zoom/Google Meet/Teams and others. It requires very minimal training even for my most tech-challenged users. Definitely, DEFINITELY give ConferFly a trial, it is WELL worth it.

I've been using Conferfly since 2020 (during the pandemic) to manage multiple meeting rooms for free. They've recently changed to a paid subscription model. The ease of merging multiple meeting platforms and new features such as whiteboarding, screen sharing & companion device functions make the subscription a no-brainer. Keep up the great work!
