NO STARS! When I finally received the three bras, they were nothing like as described.
They offered absolutely no support and the statement about 'no sagging' couldn't be further from the truth!
Having read other reviews, I doubt I'll get my money back but I would urge everyone to avoid buying anything from this site.
Total rip-off!

Do not buy from them! Bought 3 bras via Facebook for £30 plus shipping which did arrive however they did not fit very well and I wasn’t happy with their quality so as per their returns policy I emailed their support to get a return address. They tried to offer me a $2 dollar refund and kept saying what they sent me was correct. I pushed back and they said I’d get a $6 refund. When I pushed back again they just said sorry you’re dissatisfied but we’ve tried our best! Well your best is not good enough! I’ve contacted PayPal for a refund now as they are being so unreasonable. Be warned their customer service is ridiculous.

This company is ridiculous. They offer a good deal on bras, i proceed to buy this and then my parcel not only hasnt been delivered but they also claim that i never ordered with them in the first place ! This is after i gave them the order reference number still claiming they had no idea.

This company is ran by a set of con artists who take your money and deny all knowledge.

They probably dont even sell anything. Its all just a big fat lie like they are !

If I could give this company no stars I would.
I have corresponded with them for over 2 months now as I did not receive an item (it showed on the tracking that it was in Belfast). All I received from the customer service was lip service, please be patient etc. I have demanded a refund and am still waiting for a response, but I don’t hold out much hope. I would avoid buying anything if you can.

This is the stereotypical Chinese made cheap and nasty clothing you hear about, except my parcel came via the USA.

Firstly they charged me for a random 'tax' which was refunded when I queried it. My parcel took over 3 weeks to get to the UK and on opening, my super duper bras which were supposed to be a feature of engineering were flimsy, lacked any kind of structure and totally devoid of support. At least I didnt spend too much, but what I did spend could have bought one decent, well made bra from M&S (in the sales). If it didnt cost so much to return tracked, i'd certainly send them back. Lesson learnt.

Wish I read this site before ordering. The items ordered do not fit, and I only ordered them as the website offered a full refund and free returns. Well, despite my numerous emails and an offer of £6 compensation, I still have no acknowledgement of their claims of a refund. I don't want compensation, I want a refund and the opportunity to return the goods. I will continue to try, but this website is one big fat lie

Item quality was very poor. Requested ability to return based on sites 14 day return policy and they refused to provide me with a return address just offering a £3 refund (the item cost) £20. I am now receiving a all of silence when I contact customer support

Rip off merchants. Rubbish goods..

I was overcharged for 3 items. On website items came to just over £21, and I was given a choice to pay by PayPal, debit card, or Google pay, I paid by debit card.
When I looked at invoice on the Email, it said I'd used PayPal, which I didn't, and that the total was over £27!
Plus the rest of the order was in Chinese, so completely unreadable.
So immediately tried to cancel the order, I couldn't find any way to cancel. There is also no customer service to call just an E mail.
So believed I had been scammed and called my bank immediately!

Ordered 3 bras after following their measurements. 4 weeks later.... nothing. Told them and 3 days later 3 bras arrived! I tried one one and even though I'd followed their measurements, the bra ended up round my chin when I put my arms up. I asked for a different size, but no, I was not allowed that. I was offered £2 instead. Not a happy customer AT ALL!

Still awaiting delivery (nearly 6 weeks). Item tracking showed the item coming from USA and sat in hub in Lincoln UK. After asking for updates, received another tracking number showing in transit from China! They said delivery company software was at fault. Pretty sure I've been scammed.

Avoid at all costs. Scammers who refuse to accept a return for refund despite item not being as described.
Bought a hoodie that is not like the pictures and the description does not match. Requested a return for a full refund and was told no but they would give me £2 back as a gesture of goodwill?!
They have yet again replied to say I can return at my own cost but it will be very expensive and not worth it?!

I ordered two dresses on 23rd of July it’s now 10th of September never arrived overcharged on price gave me £6.84 refund (for Tax) so now on PayPal it says I’ve been fully refunded which I haven’t
I have contacted the seller they say to wait it’s been 50 days now so AVOID this is a SCAM
I have just received the two dresses I ordered on 23rd of July and they are only fit for the bin! Not a bit like the ones advertised I’m absolutely furious so AVOID this company 😡

More than 6 weeks to arrive after being overcharged "tax' and got that refunded. They lied to about origin. Tracker said coming from USA, never arrived. Challenged them and got new tracker, this time coming from China. Raised a claim with PayPal but item arrived eventually so PayPal closed claim. Item is a dress, poorest quality and doesn't fit. No return details and now emails ignored. AVOID.

Scam. Product never arrived. Ordered back pack for grandchild advertised on Facebook bought from their website. Tracking alleges coming from USA clearly to buy time before chase up enquiries are made. AVOID

If I could do less than one I would. Terrible company ordered a backpack for my grandson after seeing numerous adverts on Instagram. I get all this false “tracking”. When I query where it is I get a generic rubbish reply. They obviously don’t care about bad reviews they have your money what do they care!

Ordered through advert on Facebook, supposedly stretchy comfortable dress, suits everyone!
Firstly, price £12.99 but by the time you order it, they've added tax and shipping, even though they don't advertise it's coming from abroad, so final figure was £19.99. Took over 4 weeks to arrive and it's the poorest material, badly made and will go straight in the bin! More fool me!!!

Bad experience Do not use this company purchased 2 mobile phone products. The first was a mobile phone case, they sent the wrong case and are refusing to accept a return and replacement.

The second was a screen cover and applicator, the screen protector was smashed and cracked and the applicator was a cheap and nasty piece of plastic which was flimsy and just doesn’t work

I have sent several emails asking to return explaining the problems but it is becoming clear, this so called family business is scamming people

Stay clear, don’t trust the family blurb on their website and don’t believe the positive reviews which in my opinion are FAKE

Bad experience Do not use this company purchased 3 bras supposed to be size 38 F/G don’t even fit friend who is 36D have sent several emails asking to return I even explained that I wanted to use these bras whilst having chemotherapy and they are unusable my items were sent from Slough although emails try and suggest they are sending from US very bad service
