Speedy delivery and great sunglasses! Lightweight and fit over glasses perfectly

The Specs l purchased were utter rubbish and when I asked for a refund they offered me £3 compensation which is a complete insult! I would never buy anything from this company again!!!

If you decide to order from this company, check the invoice they send you by email against your payment method. In my case, I paid via PayPal and they took £2.81 more than their invoice. Not a great amount but the principle wins here. I complained to PayPal and they immediately refunded the overcharge. Company then went into overdrive, bombarding me with tracking emails, goods arrived 2 weeks later, not great quality but I honestly can't be bothered to go through the returns process. Will avoid in future.

Should be no stars , they are scammers from China and not a husband and wife team from USA . They have taken my money through PayPal ( not sure why they are doing nothing about this) and its now 8 weeks and I have not received my order , they keep saying it's with carrier ( 2 different carriers now) .

I was about to order from this company when I looked at the reviews!! Changed my mind cancelled details but they already had my email! Since then I have been bombarded with emails to complete order. !! Replied 3 times to say was not interested. Did not listen. That says it all.

I ordered a pen with a torch laser and four in one pen the one that came was a eight in one totally totally rubbish and they won’t give a refund so I am going to report this to the trading standards. Please do not buy from this company. They are scammers.

Certainly doesn't offer the great customer service it boasts about. Dont use the size guide provided. You can return items, but at your expense, even if faulty. Compensation???......£2 then £4 then £7 on a £23 item. Stay away.

I lost my money and my time corresponding with them.
I received something which I didn't ordered.
They asked me to send it back to China and they will give me $2 ( it would cost me £7)
Don't buy from them.

Bought Crystal Advent Calendar for my Wife who currently lives in Canada (I am from the UK). I could only order on the website to the UK apparently, so I did. The tracking information then shows the package being in the US so annoyingly I have spent more of postage when I didn't have to. Tracking information is over 2 weeks delays. Here I am on 11/12/25 and the tracking information doesn't show into December yet and the package is still in the US. Over half of the days of advent have passed and I still do not have the advent calendar. I have requested a refund and as this is unacceptable and they should not be allowing period specific gifts if they cannot deliver them on time. My refund has been refused. Refused because they have already sent the item. So if it arrives in 2 months time they think I should still have to pay. Outrageous. Wish I saw these poor trust pilot reviews first and I would not have ordered from them.

i ordered an item on 1st August 2025 and at 2nd December 2025 i still haven't received it.
i have contacted them on numerous occasions and they even said they would post out a new one.
Nothing received.
would not recommend this company at all.

Not even 1 star. They are selling bras for larger ladies, non underwired and say that it provides support. It does not. They would not give me a refund. It also took months to arrive from China. Don't buy anything from them. They are not protecting your rights as a consumer.

I wouldn't even give them ( whoever they really are ) one star . Don't order from this company as they're not who they say they are and certainly aren't the small business from USA they claim to be as once you've paid the receipt is from a Chinese company. PayPal are being as much use as a chocolate teapot and don't think anything is wrong with pretending to be a company that you're not ! Avoid like the plague!

Ordered on September 8th, parcel eventually received but 2 were appalling quality so asked for replacements & I'm still waiting!!

Please do not order anything from this site.. I’ve had a bag for my grandson on order for 8 weeks and all I get is excuse after excuse. Apparently they can’t give refunds!! Quick enough to take the money.. advice stay away order from someone else…

Well what can we say , nothing received as per the norm, if you are stuck with no response go to your bank and raise a payment refund and it should get done ! Nightmare!! Do not order

Ordered something in July , lots of emails originally about the order status , apparently it was coming from the US, which wasnt mentioned when i placed the order but explains why the delivery added lots to the bill. I still haven't received the goods and its October. . Have emailed several
times asking for a refund. They ignore this request, keep sending me tracking info instead. Weirdly the latest info now says it was sent from China ? And it has now been delivered to a safe place ? Where is this safe place ,because its not where I live . Today I have been told to wait patiently"for the system to update !

Order came to £22.38 and £27.74 got taken out of my account.

Emailed for help and said needs resolving by end of day and they couldn't do that would take 3 business days, if I was overcharged I'll be refunded. Do not trust them.
