Tim is an awesome instructor and really stands out from the rest. He’s in the water with you the whole time, which makes a big difference. He explains things in a super clear and calm way, and you can tell he actually cares about your progress. I’d totally recommend him to anyone wanting to learn or get better at swimming. Plus, he records videos during the session, which are super helpful to look back on.
Tim is a wonderful swimming teacher. He uses every possible means to help you understand how to swim and how to move through the water. He uses visual photographic aids, he demonstrates how to do the strokes himself, he can video you swimming - if you are comfortable with that. He is incredibly patient. I found I made progress with every lesson. I thoroughly recommend Tim.
As a non-swimmer in my 60s, I have always wanted to learn to enjoy being in the water, and to swim. In a few months of lessons with Tim, I have learned to float and to do a mini swim. He has built my confidence, going at my pace and I am now so pleased and optimistic that I will be able to swim.
