AVOID FROM2 AT ALL COSTS

Absolutely disgusting service, I wouldn’t even recommend it to my worst enemy, we’re treated like awful by staff.

The coach driver was rude and arrogant, didnt oversea the unloading of bagge, just sat in his seat opening and closing doors. When it’s his responsibility to oversea the bags incase of a their or last baggage.

Because of this incompetent coach driver our bag with over £1000 worth of items was lost, when we confronted the driver he gave no advice and said to call the company (without even providing a phone number)

We were left stranded at our hotel without any clothing, when we called the company to confront them about the issue, the women refused to be of any help, and blamed us for loosing the bag, saying it’s our responsibility to look after our bag (which is impossible when you sat in the coach with the bags underneath you) the women then refused to give her name, or transfer me to a manager/different employee. Then she said it’s not our problem that your bag got lost, and when I said it’s from2 fault and if not sorted we will take legal action, the women said fvck you and hung up.

This company should be shut down for wrongful practices, rude employees, incompetent coach drivers and overall a awful service with coaches practically falling apart with age.

BEWARE USING THIS COMPANY AS YOUR RISK YOUR WELLBEING AND YOUR LUGGAGE SAFTEY

If I could give o stars I would 😡 avoid…

If I could give o stars I would 😡 avoid this company at all costs 😡 I have never in all my life ever known a transfer company to not drop you outside or pick you up outside your hotel befor it was the worst experience of my life!!!!!!! I was travelling alone with my 3 year old daughter to cap salou everything was fine up until I was told to get off the bus and make my own way to the hotel I was staying at!!!!! Just to add he did not speak any English what so ever and I couldn’t understand a word he said but I had to find my own way to the hotel holding a 3 year olds hand across busy roads and roundabouts also pushing a 20kg suitcase along with her little suitcase and her back pack 😡😡😡😡 we nearly got ran over twice because my daughter couldn’t hold the suitcase anymore and she left it in the middle of the road so I had to push the other to the end of the road and try pick her up and her suitcase 😩😩😩 I had no clue where I was going and walked up so many steep hills and had to go in to 2 hotels to try and ask if they knew where I was but eventually I found the Cala front hotel to then notice it was a little too far to walk all the way around so had to get to my hotel though the beach access again with suitcases bags and a 3 year old just wasn’t good at all I was so angry and scared I just wanted to cry but didn’t want to upset my daughter any more then what she was so then after all this the transfer didn’t pick me up from my hotel it apparently was waiting for me at the same spot he dropped me off 😡😡 so then not to miss my flight had to pay £202€ to get a taxi to Barcelona airport I am so furious with this company and will never be book with on the beach again please guys avoid at all costs 😡😡

Just back from my holidays and all I can say is everything was just fine. I won't lie after reading all the bad reviews before the holidays made me really worried.
When we arrived at the airport, the representative was waiting for us and directed us exactly were we have to go. The bus driver had all the passengers' names listed. We were given instructions what to do for our return too. The bus driver let us out only a 3 min walk from the hotel , which was fine with us the representative mentioned that. 48h before our return we were given details by our hotel of the pick up point and the time too. There were no delays or hassle.

Get left at the airport, shouted at passengers.

Had a delay of less than two hours so arrived at Girona airport at 2.15am and was left a board saying the bus had left us all as we were late and to call our flight company to resolve it or wait till 9am the next morning for a new bus if they had space.
After a couple of hours ringing around taxi companies it cost an additional 85Euros to get to our hotel.
Transfere back to the airport when leaving the hotel, appeared to arrive on time, driver did not get out to support with Luggage, when getting on to the bus, little to no English at all. Driver was rude shouting at passengers, not letting people talk on the bus etc. Will definitely not be booking again and will be making a formal complaint, shocking company from start to finish!
And to top it off he nearly hit a couple of cars and a pedestrian when pulling out of bays.

arrived at Girona airport,midnight flight delayed 2hours from Manchester . told to wait for next shuttle 1hr to 2hours . waiting for another flight to come in. i took a taxi .. on return my flight to manchester is 21. 35. their pick up time is 16 35. girona airport is 35 minutes from Tossa de mar, that is 5hours. didn’t bother taking shuttle. complete waste of money. would not recommend this company . will not be booking with them again. refund????????

Avoid this poor travel company

I had my luggage stolen from this transport service going from Girona to my hotel. The customer service from them was shocking and there was no follow up despite making promises.
The coach was dated and no aircon and the driving was very poor from the driver.

Travelled to Barcelona

Travelled to Barcelona. Arrived on time. The transfer confirmation provided inaccurate information. The advice was to go to the Tourist Office, look for someone in a bright orange t-shirt . Eventually found the tourist office, they guided me to check-in 98,99. Hey presto their transfer desk. Sadly the bus we were due to catch left without us. Had to wait a further 2 hours to get the transfer.
All due to poor information to guide us. I'm 67, my fellow passengers 74. Absolutely awful

Don’t listen to the reviews

After reading the reviews on here and worrying about my transfer on my way back to the airport as I was travelling alone, I felt I had to leave a review. This company has to be one of the best transfer companies I have used and I travel 5 times yearly. My pick up at the airport was brilliant as they were waiting for me coming through arrivals… private car took me within 5 minutes to my hotel. Return journey, I had to walk 2 mins to the next hotel and I was picked up 10 mins earlier. Fantastic service and courteous drivers. I would not hesitate in using this transfer service again! It’s 5 stars from me.

left us stranded in resort as return transfer stopped at a different location to the one that was advised and despite numerous calls to both local agent and Holiday taxis we were not advise of new location

Girona-lloret de mar

Our journey from the airport to the hotel was absolutely fine and we had no problems.
Coming back to the airport was a bizarre experience.
They weren't picking up from the hotel so we got given a vague area we had to be for pick up but there was no signage for where the coach would be stopping, luckily we spotted it coming so we're able to run across from it!
We were staying in lloret de mar and for some reason everyone in lloret was picked up, then we were driven to tossa de mar for more pick ups. Then we drove back to lloret to go to the airport! Seems strange not just to pick up the people in tossa first rather than having everyone sit on the bus and extra hour for no reason 🤦‍♀️
All in all just didn't seem very organised or thought through.

Perfect

I was worried by all the bad reviews but other than having to show our driver on a map where we were going, it couldn't have been smoother. Drivers was waiting at the airport for us, put our bag into the car, drove us right to our hotel door, got our bag out - what more could we want, I was very satisfied!

Worse transfers ever

Waited a hour to get on the transfer. When I got on the transfer there was only me and girlfirend and another couple on with us, we was 20 mins away from hotel from airport, it took him 2 hours to drop us of, he was a absolute waste of time, didn’t know where he was going even with a sat nav!, on his phone all time pissing about and a car nearly hit him, dropped us 10 mins away from hotel and I asked him where is our hotel from here to be told Google map it, not very professional at all, worse transfer I’ve ever been on will get a taxi next time from airport.

Had to wait 2 hours before bus departed only to be told will not get dropped off at hotel only designated areas the woman in orange shirt (English) l found very aggressive when l complained about wait was told get a taxi on way back which l will do now wished l had looked at reviews before this was booked

Absolutely the worst transfer we have…

Absolutely the worst transfer we have experienced. The instructions to find them at the airport were awful and we had to run half way across a couple of terminals.
They then drove past our hotel half an hour in the wrong direction because of the way the itinerary was put together but the organiser meaning the promised 2 hour journey took 3.5 hours. In that time my children were not able to use any facilities and we didn’t have any food (as we were told the journey would be two hours).
Then we were not dropped outside our hotel and had to find our own way there.
The driver was rude and unhelpful.
Do not use them.

Appalling service.Late to pick up and drop off. poor vehicle which we though was going to breakdown on the way to the airport.
Extremely rude girls at the airport welcoming clients started shouting when asked how long the wait was going to be. The girls need to be trained on how to speak to customers

Awful transfer company and always oversell seats.

AVOID AVOID AVOID, awful company. We PAID for 3 passengers, two adults and a child, yet because they had oversold ticket for the transfer shuttle we were told we had to had our LARGE child sit on our lap so someone could have the seat next to us, even though we had paid for 3 seats. Our child isn’t a baby, he’s a full size toddler, there was 100% not enough room to fit a child that size on our laops with the non existant room between seats. The seatbelt also didn’t fit around my partner and child when he was say on his lap, so very very unsafe, especially considering the driver would hit the breaks pretty hard. Ricidulous transfer time, was told when booking it would be 2 hours, but to and from took FOUR HOURS, from Lloret De Mar to Barcelona Airport, absolutely ridiculous, considering it was such a long journey there were no toilet facilities or stops for the toilet, which when you have a small child is absolutely awful, overall a terrible terrible experience and I will be complaining.
