Disappointing and High Priced

Disappointing high-priced male incontinence underwear that doesn't fit right and in some cases is badly designed with poor color choices. I objected to their "no return" policy ahead of time and the customer service person told me to buy just one (at full price with no discount available) and try it--I did in the least absorbing size--and it worked okay but after a couple of washings it lost some shape and was too flimsy. I decided to buy three more slightly smaller and different absorbencies, but all of them are designed differently and the color choices are really bad looking different from the site photos. The biggest absorbency has an inner pad going halfway up your behind so when you sit it's a bizarre feeling. Site pictures do not properly show some of these small things. And of course with their "no return" policy I wasted $40. Since there are few other options out there in the U.S. I'd advise you still with the basic brief and not get the thick ones. And the company needs to seriously rethink return policy as well as color choices. This was a lot of money to end up disappointed.
