The training course was great. I found it really informative and interesting. The instructor Chris was fantastic at leading the training, he kept us engaged throughout. I would recommend this company and course to other colleges and businesses happily.

The outcomes are better than I expected

The outcomes are better than I expected, it is a while since I had a training on conflict management. This course is the best I have had, Sam was clearly very competent and able to take on many examples from social interactions.
