Good company to provide training on Managing Challenging Phone calls

Really easy company to work with to get the training arranged. Very good trainer who the delegates found engaging and informative and felt they are now better prepared to dealing with come of the challenging telephone calls they can get

Feedback on conflict management training

Even though I have come across some of the content of the course previously during me working life having worked in airport security and other security roles I still found the course informative and well presented.
