conflict management - sam was great
Sam was really good with training in Conflict Management and what he taught us will be useful in our day to day working. He had a lot of knowledge and mixed in some humor and conversation to keep it interesting throughout the whole day.

Well paced online course with room to ask questions. Plenty of strategies given with which to work in order to better understand not only yourself and your view but also the other person and their point of view.
