I don't speak Spanish, so an e-mail in English would have been more adapted. I would have loved to know exactly when the order would be delivered. The product seems ok though :-)

The delivery sat in trellisac for 7 days without anyone contacting me and notifying Me of the problem....after I contacted confort, they took 30 Hours to respond...still no information....when I tried to get the address from the clerk for a pickup, still no response ....you guys will go bankrupt with service like this...
