I absolutely love how cute and comfy this is—pockets are a huge bonus—but waiting three weeks for delivery tested my patience.

Definitely enhances my nighttime relaxation outdoors. Neighbors keep asking about it; its truly charming and enhances outdoor ambiance beautifully. Set-up required minimal effort and charging under sunlight works perfectly, illuminating softly overnight. I placed this in the garden and now enjoy magical evenings surrounded by gentle glowing fireflies.

I ordered the exciting 5 pairs of shorts from their IG ad on July 31, 2024.

Receive tracking notice and found it suspicious that it would be sent from Italy.

Waited until September 1, about a month wait, and when it finally arrived, I found out that they only sent me one pair of shorts. I messaged their customer service team and they said they checked the warehouse and always sent. They offered me three dollars to settle. I told him that is not fair or correct and will not rectify the issue. They emailed back and said they will pay me five dollars because it would be very expensive for me to return the one pair of shorts since they will charge me for shipping. I have now emailed them back and I’m waiting for a response. I highly doubt it will go in my favor so please, customers everybody buyers beware. There’s $42 I will never get back. I will never order from any of these Instagram/Facebook/ social media advertising companies ever again. I will only go through Amazon eBay or any established brick and store via their app. Expensive lesson learned.

I ordered 2 set of shorts (6 each). I received only one from each set. Have reached to their support. If they rectify this issue I will charge my review. Right it looks to be a scam!!!!!

I ordered some shorts and got charged 9 times for the same transaction. Had to cancel credit card and then they had the nerve to ask me to reorder. Nope.

I bought what was suppose to be a walking stick and it turned out to only be 18” long. This company you need to stay away from. I paid for the long walking stick and got the short one and still had to pay the full amount for the long one

Bought a dress according to their chart size, but their chart is wrong and the dress is too big and the material is terrible. They give you no option to return / refund when you contact them, even though they advertise that they will. When they messaged me (in terrible English ) they didn´t answer my questions, all they did was try to get me to keep the product for a very small compensation (they offered me 1US dollar and went up to 9 US dollars) for a dress that cost me over 30€. I repeatedly said I wanted to return it for a full refund and was always ignored. They do ads on Instagram which are fraudulent, once you click 'buy' your money is GONE... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..REPORT

This place is a rip off!!! SCAM!!!!
I ordered the M11 survival WALKING STICK. What a joke it’s 18 inches long!!! I contacted them about not receiving it, ordered it Dec 16th. They blamed it on the company doing the shipping! After several times of contacting them I asked for them to refund my money, they said they didn’t do refunds! It finally did come on 2/20/24 over 2 months later!!
Do not buy anything from them!!!

I wish I could rate this company a minus 10… the product is the size built for a 2 year old customer service gives you the run around and it took 2 months to arrive so my Xmas presents just arrived and it’s useless… the company had the balls to say if I didn’t like them ( 4 I bought for hiking family members )then I should give them to a friend… bad business and a loss of 170 dollars… these people need to not be in business

I did not even want to give it one star. Do not buy from this site. It is a scam company you do not get what you ordered and they do not compensate you. They want you to pay more money than the products even worth to send it back to get no refund.

Ordered something 3 months ago for Christmas. Tracking says it’s stuck in a post office 8 hours from my house so I reach out to “customer service” and they repeatedly only say that it was delivered. Burnt my money on a scam, save yourselves.

Confrontk offered to sell a popular product at a steep discount. They then charged more than what was agreed, sent conflicting "trackers" showing that the shipment was on multiple sides of the earth, and then of course no actual shipment arrived.

Scammers!
Only send you half of the product and customer service is only automated messages. Dont buy!!!
