Conga is an excellent add on to Salesforce. For creating profiles or contracts and presentations (and more) we love it here

I haven't had any issues with Conga Composer. I click a button and my quotes become PDF's. It's quick and easy and little thought needs to go into it. I'm looking forward to seeing what else Conga can do and how it'll better our business and efficiency.

I love Conga Contracts! The software is easy to learn, fully customizable but is a great CLM solution straight out of the box. We can get twice as many contracts out as we did before.

Great tool for automating your contract process.

Their support group is excellent; they are very responsive and accommodating and really helpful on resolving issues as they come up.

Conga has changed my life. I used to have to build contracts in word. Now reps can create an opty and use conga composer I generate their agreement and send directly for esignature.
This has been a huge time saver.

Action Grid is a great tool for quickly making updates to products, price book entries, price rules and product rules. The ability to quickly see all products in my catalog and make mass changes to price book entries has greatly decreased the time it takes to make updates in my Salesforce Org.

I love Composer it makes documents creation seamless and so much easier.

Great functionalities!

I was able to implement our existing system into the Conga Novatus system and received a ton of guidance on the best ways to do so. I am excited to implement new developments Conga provides into our system in the future.

I have used Conga Composer as an end-user and a Salesforce Admin for years. This tool is not only a document generation tool, but it is a suite of tools that allow you to improve your business processes while creating beautiful documents.

This tool allows you to create email templates, word docs, pdfs, html, powerpoint and more. If the data is in SF, you can merge it.

What is even better about this tool is the support. I one time had an issue and the first person couldn't solve it. So I was transferred to the next operator who couldn't solve it. Then I was transferred to the third user who couldn't solve it right away....so, what happened? All three techs jumped on a conference call with me and were on the phone with me until my issue was solved.

Great conference and products. Highly recomend.

Conga Composer helped us merge documents that Salesforce wouldnt allow otherwise.

We have been using Conga Contracts for almost 3 years. We had a very smooth implementation and have continued to enhance our use of the system over time. The people at Conga are great. Very "customer first" focused. Conga is growing rapidly and is expanding their suite of services just as rapidly. Great solution for those who need basic contract repository tool as well as for those who require much more complexity in their contract lifecycle management.
