Booked a call with this company and was left waiting for over 30 minutes with no notice.
When I followed up, I was told the caller was busy on another call, which is fine ,but not informing someone in advance shows a complete lack of professionalism.
What was worse is that instead of apologizing and saying i was right to be frustated they tried to turn it around and suggest that “this industry might not be for me” because I had an issue with the delay.
Respecting people’s time is basic business etiquette. This experience did not reflect a serious or well-organized company. Also, i asked the lady what is all about and it's basically them selling you coaching for 4 figures even if you can pay montly. they guarantee you coaching and 10k per month but is just another scam. you are the product
