It was on time and delivered at my frontdoor.

The goods were well packed and delivered within a few days of ordering.

Order 3 different size beds. The larger bed had joiners missing so I called and they were delivered. However, if you followed the instructions there wouldn’t have been enough screws and some planks needed to be trimmed as they didn’t have straight edges. On a positive the wood wasn’t warped.

I ordered 2 raised bed kits. Only 3 out of 4 of the order arrived, however after a phone call and email this was corrected. I noticed that some panels had no pre-drilled holes and the pre-drilled holes on the other panels were in the wrong place. I was offered some refund or for correctly drilled panels to be sent, but I decided instead to press on. The panels were not accurately cut to the same length and some were not cut square but slightly slanting. This meant the neat overlap in the corners did not work. The result was the bed was about an inch wider than expected- it would have been fine but I was slotting in between two other existing beds and these had to be sawn down for it to fit. I don't know if I am going to construct the other bed since I will have the same problems and should have spent the money on getting on decently made kit.
Three stars because the staff were helpful and did offer a partial refund or to replace the panels- though I decided not to take it up, it was a generous offer. However the goods were simply not up to standard.

Bought a pdotwolf double sided raised planter for our strawberries. Easy to assemble and excellent value. Arrived in a couple of days. Highly recommend.

I am still waiting for half of my order to be delivered. What looked like a warehouse error meant that a pack of 2 plant saucers were sent instead of 2 x a pack of 2. Despite two e-mails to enquires, where I got an answer very quickly, still the missing pack has not been received. It is now three weeks since my original order was placed and I have 3 matching pots awaiting saucers.
