Highly recommended for bathroom renovations
Great bathroom design by Ceri at the Rayleigh Weir branch and prompt and courteous delivery of all the items ordered for our renovation. Connect Plumbing worked hand-in-hand with our installer so that the parts all arrived at the right time. Excellent, quick follow-up for the few minor last minute issues and changes that always arise on a project like this.

Abbie is an exceptional bathroom designer
Abbie designed both our en-suite and main bathroom and she’s truly an expert in her field. Her knowledge of both bathroom layouts as well as the best products on the market is second to none. I can’t recommend Abbie enough. She’s incredibly busy though and could do with additional support in the showroom. There were several instances where she was trying to tend to customers in the showroom and on the phone whilst juggling customers that were booked in for appointments too. Abbie tried her best to make sure everyone is dealt with in a friendly and professional manner but she could definitely do with the support of another pair of hands to lighten her workload. Abbie is an asset to Connect. I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you very much

Great products and service!
We can't recommend Ceri and Connect highly enough. Ceri has been so incredibly helpful and patient in completely re-designing our bathroom for us, and all products were delivered on time and were of great quality. Ceri kept in contact with our fitter as well as ourselves to ensure the process was seamless throughout. We will be recommending Ceri and Connect to all our family and friends!

Great Service
Cannot recommend Ceri & Connect Plumbing at Rayleigh highly enough.
Great designs from Ceri for our bathroom, ensuite & downstairs cloakroom & nothing was too much trouble for her when it came to making the odd changes here & there.
All goods were great quality & delivered on time.
Would definitely recommend to anyone who was considering a refurbishment of their bathrooms.

Products supplied were all top quality and delivered promptly. We had to change one item as we had measured incorrectly! Handled quickly and without fuss.
Will use them shortly for fitting out our downstairs cloakroom. Cannot recommend highly enough.

A Highly Professional Company
I cannot recommend the whole team at Connect, Rayleigh highly enough. The Sales Consultant who looked after me, Ceri, is a true professional. She not only cleverly designed my bathroom and cloakroom, I quickly became aware that she could advise on all aspects of the products made available to me which made for an all-round enjoyable purchasing experience. I consider my whole refurbishment project to have been a success and excellent value for money.
