CONNECT VK WEB site was well constructed, with great product information and specifications, as you would expect and the check out process worked very smoothly.

Great customer service....
Used Messenger to confirm stock of items and having pickup of items is a great option for local people in Adelaide.
Items were as advertised and work great, plus overall customer service was 2nd to none. Highly recommend.

Right Price Right Service
Ordered a couple of leads for a Yaesu - took about a week to arrive - but that is way faster than coming out of Melbourne or worse - China!
Leads were good quality - well packaged and the right price
I will be buying an Icom radio next year using Afterpay - which Ivan makes available - a service you cannot get from the other Ham Radio retailers.

Low Stock Levels
When I ordered my VNA it was supposed to be in stock but it turned out that was not the case.
I had to wait until they got more stock in.
They did keep me well informed what was happening and my VNA arrived about 3 weeks later.
