We used to use a combination of TeamViewer and N-Able, but this is better in literally everyway, from end user experience, to technician controls, to the ability to provide a secure alternative to RDP for clients. Fantastic!

Out of all the remote tools I have used for over 15+ years, this is the best one thus far, period. Don't even get me started on the cost, since it has so many features over the others, I'm not sure how they can make a profit!

This is the absolute best remote access and control software I have used in the last 20 years!

Connectwise control is awesome! control of our computers at our fingertips. Easy to see key information about each workstation. Easy to organize into groups and locations.

Could not be easier to use. Was a longtime TeamViewer customer. With Connectwise? I no longer have any of the connectivity headaches I used to.

Screenconnect (connectwise) is one of the best remote support tools I've used as an IT admin. Very EASY and intuitive, and for the most part consistent!

Every once and again, the remote client service doesn't start. However, I can't say for sure if it's a connectwise thing or a WINDOWS thing... other non-windows services start up fine, but as I said it's few and far between.

It works to connect me to my office computer as I work remote. No technical issues- very reliable.

Love this application. Makes everything a lot easier to manage.

Great mobility as a remote tool. The app allows me to connect any time, any place. Easy to manage and customize.

Solid program that I use daily. Works well from my work PC as well as remotely from my home PC in urgent situations. It saves me from having to run across an 85 acre campus for simple password issues, as well as remote software installations.

I have been using ConnectWise for several years now and I honestly couldn't do my job without it. The ease of use, the out of the box set of tools, and the ability to organize and group clients allows me to be 10 times more efficient.

This product is a lifesaver it has cut my travel time down by 85% saving me time and money. The View option also helps as I can walk clients through how to fix minor issues without going onsite. Just amazing, reliable, and secure.

So far, everything about this application has been rock solid reliable and fast. The only issues have been on the client side, with people's internet and computer systems.

The only feature I would like to see is a method to update the Support client on a system after installed. Not access, but support.

Screenconnect works reliably and the performance is great. In addition, there are great extras such as backstage, which allows us to access Powershell without interrupting the user.
