Terrible Experience

A terrible experience with TAAR. I have bought a charger and 2 cables for them before, and it was satisfactory, but this purchase was extremely disappointing.

First, they charge USD for the card transactions, a PAKISTANI brand operating in Pakistan is not charging in PKR, what a joke. On Top of that, it not mentioned anywhere on the website or during checkout. So, I was charged more than what it said during checkout due to WHT and FED taxes.

To make the whole experience worse, I received a ‘used’ scratched-up charge. After confronting them on WhatsApp, they refused to accept the return and said that the product is not covered by warranty when it says ‘easy return’ and ‘warranty for faulty item’.

This is why I avoid Pakistani brands

Worst quality

Worst quality ever from connectwithtaar.com! They are just fooling people by selling on the name of a “Pakistani brand.” Banda trust karke order karta hai aur ghatiya cheez bhej dete hain.

I ordered a C to Lightning cable from ConnectWithTaar.com. Within a few days, the head from the lightning side broke. I thought maybe meri galti se hua, so I ordered again. But same pathetic quality — 15 days ke andar hi dusra cable bhi head se toot gaya.

This shows they have zero quality control. Bas marketing aur brand ka naam use karke logon ko bewakoof bana rahe hain. Totally unreliable, waste of money, and a scam in the name of being a “Pakistani brand.”

Stay away from ConnectWithTaar.com if you value your money!
