Good afternoon Chris,
I would like to apologise for the delay with your order. We shipped your strap the next day after you placed your order as promised with Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For.

However as stated in our emails to you, the issue with the slow delivery of your order is with Royal Mail as they have delays on their end because of their legal strikes.

We contacted you yesterday and informed you that we will contact Royal Mail completely on your behalf to get an estimated arrival from them and I will email you now with their new estimated arrival date.

Again I would like to apologise and hope you can appreciate we are doing everything we can to ensure you receive your order very soon.
