Don't buy an EV from this gang
I bought a 2020 vehicle from these Nov'22 and May'23(six months later) they would not take it back as a trade-in in the same condition as purchased. I tried to contact the sales rep I bought it from, no reply, I tried to contact the sales manager, no reply, I even contacted Audi Ireland who contacted them on my behalf and still no reply.

I purchased a used car from Connolly.ie at their Ballina Garage recently and I was very impressed with the way the transaction was handled. They were very professional and at the same time personal. I had a minor problem and I took my car back and it was solved immediately and I was given a new courtesy car to get me home. I found every member of staff very friendly and helpful. The whole experience was a very pleasant one. I would have no problem recommending Connolly to anybody based on my esperience.
