After a good chunk of money was spent and no payout from games and small no good selection of games either, I believe I’m done with this casino. It was rated well, so I thought I’d give it a shot. Thank you for getting back to me, but I self excluded myself so I didn’t waste any more money losing.

Withdrawals are fast
Withdrawals are fast. I give them props for that. However, there is a lack of appreciation for their loyal customers. They do give bonus gifts, it's just majority are deposit bonus'. While you can request for a "no deposit" gift - don't get your hopes up. I have never in my 4 years of being signed up to this site, have I ever earned more than $20 on a no deposit bonus request. Customer service will respond many times over that the bonus' you receive are perks. However, not everyone likes to deposit continuously and it would be nice to be granted a no deposit bonus (that actually pays out) without having to constantly have to ask.

Avoid at all cost! One of worst experiences I ever had . They will put you in endless verification and ask for all kind of documents - financial history, bank statements, even asked me for health insurance benefits contracts when they saw it in bank statement. All for a 100 euro deposit - and even if you provide these documents they will keep sending you requests for more documents. Do not deposit and play here!

I was enjoying this site. Withdrawals were quite fast. Then in the last few days, I couldn't get any withdrawals processed. I was told I could only make one withdrawal per session. This was then changed to one withdrawal per day. I finally got a reason for it today. The site gives you "gifts" with normal conditions attached, e.g., you must spend 30x gift amount. They decided I couldn't make a withdrawal and then deposit funds again, claiming a gift. I got no notification of the change. I don't think they can be allowed withhold my funds. I told them not to offer me "gifts" if it means not processing my withdrawals
