I have been there for awhile. I find the Staff very friendly and professional. When gambling at your casino I have been sidelined by a personal illness that has made my life very uncomfortable, Not being able to get to the bank since im on chyemo and need to stay still. They give Me free spins on My Special Game Sakura. I have never had a bad moment when i'am playing at your casino. I have recommended your site to everyone that gambles with a #1 Rating. I had an error with loading some free spins. Thiago from customer service was very helpful and attentive. Many other sites I have experienced agents that are rushed and almost annoyed for being contacted! Thiago did not do this and maintained a cheerful attitude and was happy to help. Havent recieved my withdrawal, my id and address has been pending for more than 24 hours, the customer service is an absolute joke ive been on with 4 different people and they all just say the same, they will gladly take your money but will not pay

Do not use this casino, I have tried to withdraw an amount and have spoken to the chat team (Frank) they happy to take your money but not pay you out. I used Apple Pay to load in funds and apparently the card number they have is different from my actual card number… something fishy. They said card ending 8870 was used i I do not own a card ending in that… Not worth the hassle playing with them.

Best casino I have played on, no issues that cant be solved, quick withdrawals, easy verification, always willing to go above and beyond to give you the best gaming experience.
