Jay and all the team at Concious energy are fantastic! It really was a pleasure having them over to fit my new boiler, storage heaters etc. the lads went above and beyond and I’m grateful for everything. Jake has since been back twice (which is a long trip for him) to help with a couple issues (not their fault) and ensure my sockets were safe. I know if I need any assistance they are just at the end of the phone. Thank you so much.

I would 100% RECOMMEND. From start to finish these lads were great,from the consultation to completion. They worked hard and in my opinion above and beyond their duty. they ended up doing extra work that they hadn’t planned to make my place safe! The attention to detail was incredible, perfectionists. I left these trustworthy lads to it in my home alone for three days, and they even hovered up when done!
Not to mention the travelling time that they endured on each mornings commute, always in time!
If Carlsberg made trades men….. then this would be them! 👍😊. Thanks lads

I get pension credit so was eligible for a new storage heater. They sent a lovely surveyor round to measure up ( Sarah). She got Dan and Mike to arrange a date and time and I waited in. After an hour I rang and a guy answered Les I think his name was and said they had never agreed to anything and called me a liar!

We have recently had a new electric heating system from these guys, they were very professional, friendly and always cleaned up after themselves. The new system is brilliant, the apartment is nice and warm all the time. I would highly recommend this team. It’s a 10/10 from me!

We had a heat pump and new radiators installed by Conscious Energy. From the outset the team was friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful.

The work was done to a high standard and with as little disruption as possible. The guys that came to do the work (Ian, Lewis, Alfie and Mike) were polite, patient with any questions we had and did a really great job. Any teething issues after the job was finished were sorted quickly and efficiently.

I recently contacted Conscious Energy, to see if they could install an EV Charger on my home.

The level of service I received was impressive.

- Ran me through all the options that was available at my budget.
- Helped with infrastructure company filling in forms and requesting some changes to the supply of my electricity.
- Advised and helped me set up new tariffs to ensure I wasn't over paying.
- Carried out all the relevant inspections and surveys needed.
- Installed the EV charger, extremely neatly, perfectly situated on my house.
- All staff throughout the process went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with the whole process.

I don't usually write reviews, but given how above and beyond they went for me, I thought it was a must.

Iv been a customer with conscious energy for about 18 months and from start to finish they have been fantastic ,nothing is to much trouble! They’re so easy to get hold of and even message me in out of hours times if Iv had a problem. I had a leaking radiator and they sent an engineer all the way from Liverpool to south wales to make sure it was fixed and to check everything out . 10/10 for these guys customers service at its best !

This company have gone above and beyond at every stage of our communications. From measuring up, to fitting, to making everything right and good on completion. All the people I met were polite, kind, funny, hard working and on the phone to solve problems as they occurred. Would absolutely recommend Conscious Energy to everyone out there. Thank you guys.

Conscious Energy provided an excellent service, they fitted our new heat pump and Solar Panels with the minimum of disruption to our house, despite there being 13 people here all at once for a short time. We have had a couple of minor issues which they have resolved quickly and are always at the end of the phone to talk us through any problems. With any new technology there are almost bound to be some teething problems, not least the fact that it was a learning curve for us to use the system, but they have been very patient and are always polite and helpful.

From the first phone call, they were a great company to deal with. They made the whole process so easy and everyone was very professional. Will, the surveyor, Ian the project manager and Jordan and Ellis the fitters were fantastic! I didn’t get the names of the Solar panel fitters, electricians and second plumbers but I could not recommend them all enough.

Conscious Energy installed a heat pump based heating system as part of a house extension project in 2023. The installation team did a great job and the heating system works perfectly, however, we had a really annoying noise inside the house whenever the heat pump was on. The noise was such that you couldn’t sleep in our back bedroom without ear-plugs. The really strange thing was that you couldn’t hear the noise outside the house. Conscious Energy came back attempting to fix the problem but without success. They even fitted soundproofing to the pipes which I’d purchased. I began to suspect the heat-pump was faulty. Update November 24: the problem noise has suddenly disappeared! I’ve concluded it was probably a heat-pump component that needed to ‘run in’. I’ve upgraded the review to 5* as the work done by Conscious Energy was faultless, and they really did try hard to fix the problem. I’ve since purchased a solar PV and battery system from them - superb setup!

How helpful from start to finish. Oliver came out to advise and gave a few options on what could be supplied. No pressure whatever. I then received the option with all the costs very clear and easy to understand and extremely competitive. Once we decided ,we had a visit from the installation team to have a look and a week later scaffold up and team arrived to install solar system. Team were excellent. Very polite and nothing was an issue. Completed on the day and clean tidy team who took all the rubbish and brushed and cleaned after the install. Danny came the next day commissioned the system and said any problems don’t hesitate to contact. All working and house running on solar. Great result 👍👍👍👍

From appointment with Oliver right through to ordering and installation the experience has been stress free and easy also very competitively priced
Oliver explained all aspects of solar to us and couldn’t have been more helpful
All the way through to installation from the guys installing the panels, who did a very quick tidy job , to the electricians
Dan and oppo ( sorry forgot name ) explained what we needed to know without a fuss and answered any questions we had

WOW….what an experience that was….four action packed days ! We both applaud all our workers…working through the dripping/pouring water leaks, stuff everywhere and a very cramped attic! and three cheers for the lads from Bolton who steadfastly { laughing most the time} fixed the solar panels to the roof …wait for it…in the middle of a storm!! Awesome.
Seriously…a huge thank you to Ian, Lewis, Danny, Jake & Jay who made all the upheaval pretty seamless. It was a joy to see professional people who know exactly what they are doing and the quality of their work was spot on….beautiful even!
The whole process from the beginning to now has been hassle free….hats off to conscious energy for making everything flow so smoothly…timing of the different workmen, scaffolding, solar panel team…all perfect.
O.k. So the weather could have been a little less dramatic!
The whole process has given us and the house a much needed boost .
We found this company to be professional , understanding, easy to communicate with and the icing on the cake….the work crew, good fun, hard working, neat and tidy, thoughtful, communicative and excellent work….they even liked my flapjack!!

The whole system, from the P.V’s to the heat pump worked without a fault straight out of the box. The hot water is hot, the heating is running well and the P.V’s are performing really well even in bad weather. It has been a spot on installation by Conscious Energy. They said they like to get it right and they do.

Excellent service that has lasted more than a couple of years on different projects now (heat pump, solar PV & battery and lining up the EV charger as well). Oliver is always quick to respond and ready to listen to the queries and very patient with the different ideas that I have come up over this time. Would recommend as having talked to others who have had similar work done by different companies the prices are competitive, including with the Solar Together scheme quote that we had as well from Liverpool City Council.

The install teams that they use are also very knowledgable and courteous, have respected our home and provided a high level of service as well.
