Top Notch Company
I recently bought an anklet and it broke near the clasp. I messaged customer service and they promptly responded. While I was chatting with customer service I received the email confirmation that a replacement was being sent.
Any issues I've ever had have been taken care of immediately. This company rocks with customer service. What I've purchased has been beautiful and I've even sent some items as gifts. Every one always asks were I get my crystal jewelry from and I always recommend Conscious Items.
