I ordered a dress from here for $35 and, after 4 weeks I finally received it in time for my event. I was so disappointed with the quality of this dress. The material was so cheap, the stitching was coming apart and it didn’t look anything like the photo of what I ordered. I contacted customer service and they offered me $4 at first and said returning the dress would be too expensive. They then offered me $6. Do not order from here, their products are overpriced and cheap.

I was sent the wrong item and the company did not want to rectify this.
Merely offered me a return being a tiny fraction of the price I paid.
The 100% satisfaction guarantee and other promises of customer catered service and ethical principles adventured on the website are clearly just a hoax and false marketing to the max. Very disappointed l!
