The experience from start to finish was excellent.. The sales team came and quoted and explained the whole installation process, the choice of finishes is very good. Once ordered i was given a date for install and this was kept.
The surveyor came out and confirmed what was required. The Admin kept me informed and when the day came for installation to commence Paul, Joe and JJ undertook this. The team is a credit to CI Group working professionally and with minimum distruption. They always finished the day by tidying before they left. The electrician Matiusz was also very professional and a credit to the company. I am very pleased with my new roof and the excellent workmanship. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking to renew thier conservatory roof. Thank you CI

I decided to replace my conservatory roof with an insulated tiled roof due to a small leak. I’d had CI in a few years ago to clad the inside and felt confident to get them to do the outside.
I had a a fair price for the works, and am delighted with the finished product.
There was a half days delay, but a blessing as we had heavy rain showers!. But day 2 the guys were there early and cracked on and were virtually done by the end of the day, it was just a return on the 2nd day for finishing off and guttering etc.
They weee really organised and tidy, they even gave the widows a quick wipe on completion .
The roof looks really stunning, the room is now far quieter and hopefully warmer too.
This company is a dream to deal with, the coordination from the office is amazing

Great service from start to completion. The installation team were extremely polite and friendly. Their attention to detail during the installation was first class and the work area was left immaculate afterwards. The look and transformation to the inside of the conservatory roof was amazing.

Recently had CHRIS ibternal cladding system installed to our conservatory roof. Absolutely fantastic. As promised, it has considerably reduced glare, noise , heat and given us a room in which we can live. Installation process was very smooth and efficient and completed in half a day by two excellent tradesmen. Can highly recommend.

Wonderful service. Confirmed visit two days before, arrived exactly on time, very polite fitter and assistant, completed roof insulation sooner thane xpected, all very tidy. Thoroughly recommend.

We are writing to let you know how pleased we are with the installation that you carried out recently. Right from the very first visit by the representative who came and explained everthing about the system and he produced a super sample of the proposed product that we were going to get fitted.
The fitters who came to do the work arrived on time
and got to work right away and it was a pleasure to see them carry out their work in a very clean and organised manner and left our conservatory absolutely spotless.

Nathan & Ashley scheduled to arrive between 1pm & 1.30 - on site @ 1.20. At 5.45 job completed!! Cheerful, professional and very efficient with modern equipment.
Very good clear up and tidy finish plus thorough “wipe down”. We are delighted with the result and look forward to being “warm in winter & cool in summer”.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Their surveyor Luc visited Monday with fitters Matthew & Sam coming today (3 days later) finishing in about 3 hours working non stop clearing up as they went. Could not fault their work it has transformed the area just waiting to feel the difference in temperature as the conservatory suffered from a lot of condensation. Well done lads & carry on the good work.

Fantastic company. Wonderful customer service, superb workmanship of the installation team ( thank you Mark, Ant &Jordan ) and full deliverance of the promise that our conservatory would be usable in all weathers hot or cold , all the year round. We are delighted to be eating our meals in a warm conservatory in freezing January. Amazing ! We just wish we’d done it earlier.

I would like to inform everybody who is considering to have this company to install their products in a conservatory, that this is the best product and price to have. We have now found that the conservatory very warm and cosy to stay and sit all day and night.

Installation Team very professional and did a great job. Only criticism is the installation date being moved to a day later. Otherwise excellent. We are already feeling the benefit of having this done. The conservatory is much warmer now and can leave the door open all day to the living room, so able to enjoy all the extra space again. Can’t wait to see the benefit in the summer.

Everything they told me and more! I am beyond thrilled with my newly insulated and clad conservatory roof. The noise from the traffic was bothering me and the cold at night, but since the internal insulation was done last week, I have noticed a 90% noise reduction and a much warmer room than before.
This company is honest and transparent with excellent service and communication from start to finish. I really cannot find one thing to complain about!

We would just like to say that our. Conservatory is now a lot better room after our insulation is complete ,the two young men started as soon as they arrived and what a good job they they did work very hard and clean up as they went the conservatory is a lot warmer and we don't hear the rain as bad as it was before you two older people very happy than you Ian Ann

Excellent service from the first day I had the quote from Aaron who explained us all questions and concerns.
Yesterday I had the full transformation of my conservatory and I feel so happy.The guys who came was so kind and polite and works nonstop till the job done .Although it’s not too hot as other days you can feel the difference as the temperature is same with the rest rooms.Highly recommend them!!!!!!

I have had an extremely positive experience with Sidey Solutions Limited who have just completed my conservatory. From the first visit with their salesman to the last worker the whole process was very smooth despite the disruption caused by Covid-19. Each team were great, polite and cleaned up after they had completed their part of the job. Particular shout out to Ross who guided me through everything and answered all my questions timeously.
