Overpriced cars and Lawyer blocks consumer rights act issues
I purchased a 2013 citroen berlingo from Chris for £5500 after seeing it online. I asked my cousin to go over and collect it for me. As soon as i got it, it had the wingmirror falling off one side, I soon after discovered that the keys didn't work in the locks, it came with a useless battery which needed jumpstarting.
Chris replaced the battery but wasn't willing to help with the keys issue or the wingmirror.
Chris repeatedly just got his lawyers4u firm to bully me into standing down. I purchased the car with a warranty and had an issue which they assured me that they were covering and then the warranty company went bust. Chris had no interest in helping cover the cost of what was promised and again just fired over a legal letter.
Since I have had the car in one year it has needed front coils springs, new battery, new injector, new leak-off pipe, disc brakes and pads all the way around, new keys cutting which has resolved the lock issue on the passenger side but not the drivers side, tracking, repairs to the wingmirror, new driveshaft seal, new tyre for the spare wheel, extensive work to try and fix noises and creaking sounds within the trim and bodywork.
It has an outstanding gearbox issue which again Chris is unwilling to look at or try and fix just getting lawyers4u to email me to bully me into going away.
