Excellent experience
Phil was able to fix my PS5 really quickly and for a really good price. Sony wanted £240 where this cost me £60 and I haven’t got to go through the hassle of exchanging everything over.
Thank you for doing such an awesome job and for the extra warranty. Would highly recommend, just make sure to put a ticket through correctly and you won’t have any issues unlike a few reviews here.

Sent my daughter's Nintendo Switch lite for a USB port repair. Paid nearly £70. Claimed to have completed repair but item was never returned. Tracking app never had any tracking number. Tried to communicate with Phil for over 2 months, despite initially saying he would look into it ASAP. Never got a response. No refund, no console, no customer service.

Poor communication and poor business practices
I ordered a ribbon cable for the Xbox series x mainboards along with the connectors for the cable along with some leaded solder on Feb 3 2023. According to my shop app the items shipped but no tracking was ever provided. After a month or so I didn’t receive the item. I reached out to get an update or a tracking number but replies weren’t very consistent. After a couple more weeks I asked for an update or a refund and I was told a refund was issued. After multiple days I didn’t receive the issue and the owner told me his PayPal accounted had been blocked so he was unable to provide a refund and said he would send me a refund through personal PayPal instead of through business. It was at this point I filed a complaint through PayPal and within minutes a refund had been issued from PayPal.

Bad business practices
On January 27th, 2023, I bought a replacement mainboard for a Nintendo Switch v2 and a power supply cable worth €169 in this online shop
So far so good
The business owner wrote to me and assured me that he would send the goods after his upcoming move and would send me free tweezers worth around €25 for the situation that arose.
After about 3 weeks I asked how the status was and whether he had a tracking number for me. He didn't answer again either by mail or by chat on his homepage or on the cell phone number.
After I opened an conflict at Paypal,
he then reported again about 3 weeks later on his YouTube channel and by mass mail to all customers that he had had private difficulties and that everything has now been clarified and that he is now looking around would take care of the transaction.
On 03/12/23 he sent me a tracking number with the note "The package will go out on 03/13/23.
On 19/03/23 the RoyalMail website stated that the package had not yet been sent. Questions to the owner of the shop remained unanswered
On March 20th, 2023, I turned on Paypal for the purpose of clarification/credit because the claim to buyer protection would have expired on March 23rd, 2023
Response from PayPal within 3 minutes Refund of the seller is already known and blocking at PayPal is already in progress.
I would like to point out the business conduct and issue a warning.

What can I say, I sent a switch for repair as I couldn’t get it to charge. Received a phone call several days later to advise the switch was working ok and it was probably down to my charger being faulty.
No cost just had to pay return postage, a true honest gentleman would recommend as a trusted console repair company.
