I stupidly purchased a ps5 console ,they had it on hold. Then it got " shipped " then went to Melbourne? When I went to call the company the number was disconnected. Then when I tried to email them they would not reply. I'm hoping my bank will refund my money some how? Has anyone else had this experience?
scam site. site made me pay through paypal....when i reached out to the seller on paypal, no response...do not buy from this site! they just take your money. if pay pal doesnt reverse trans action, or seller doesnt willingly refund me by today...I have an attorney ready.
It’s a scam and they know what they are doing. First your package is on hold, then they give you a ups number. They send it to someone else (their friend or accomplices). It’s a clever why to spam, ups can’t do anything because Neither your name nor your address appear on the package. Then PayPal don’t want to take action because they have a tracking number and it state delivered.
I am trying to put as many review out there to make sure it doesn’t happen to anyone else. I send so many email and try to contact them but of course it’s silence.
AWFUL!!!!! I ordered a console for my son on June 30th. When I track the order on the site, it states that it is on hold. I received an email that it shipped, well I never received it. I made a claim with UPS who says it was delivered. It wasnt. Paypal is still investigating but said shipping was updated and delivered, it asnt. I have emailed the company about 10 times trying to solve the proble. I will be in touch wth my credit cars company now to get my money back.
