Chris was awesome. Not only did he go above and beyond to make sure he could fit me into his busy schedule but made sure that he fixed my PS4 and gave me some joy during lockdown. Very polite and even followed up to make sure all was good. Definitely recommend for an honest and fast service

My xbox broke down, daughter put hair clips in where the disc goes.
I called up and he was extremely busy, but he still fixed it for me and was repaired in 24 hours, amazing service, would highly recommend and after all of this still checked up to see if everything was ok like 2 months later, absolutely legend, great customer service.

Very friendly, dealt with the issue, all the pricing is very reasonable and transparent on the website. Checked in after a few months to see if the console was still operating well, would highly recommend!

Had my PS4 fan roaring like a jet engine tried to clean it on my own, but deeper clean was needed and didn’t want to risk breaking my PS4 so hired him for very reasonable price and it was a blessing to have quiet purring PS4 on again. He was pleasant and very professional with his work so I’ll most certainly will hire him again should my PS4 console have any problems, highly recommended.

Just as the title says, I’ve got nothing but praise & not a single bad word to say about the service I received. He was able to see me on such short notice I actually arrived late when he had closed & he opened back up to take my console in & it was repaired the next day & for a very cheap price of £60 compared to the £120+ I would’ve spent if I have it to Sony to repair. He even gave me a warranty so I could come back in & get it fixed if it broke but since then it’s been working perfectly. I would highly recommend this store. HIGHLY!
